El edificio es precioso, pero por dentro es bastante cutre y esta muy anticuado. Lo bueno es la ubicación.

Las instalaciones son viejas y no está reformado. No hay nadie que te atienda, es todo automático y no hay ningún tipo de asistencia al cliente.

Necesita reforma integral

La ubicación es buena, en una zona muy tranquila de Getxo.

Cons:

La limpieza, los mosquitos y arañas en la habitación, Se le dijo al personal del hotel y no hicieron nada tan solo un aparato contra los mosquitos a partir de la tercera noche. La habitación con telarañas y arañas e insectos matados en las paredes. En el armario sin sitio para dejar la ropa estaba dentro una nevera pequeña, almohadas y mantas. El mobiliario escaso sin tener sitio para apoyar la ropa o/y las maletas. El lavabo atascado (cuando lo comunicamos lo resolvieron). Goteras y grietas en el techo. No tienen ascensor (una segunda planta). La recepción solo se atiende algunas horas personalmente y algunos días.
Le hace falta una buena reforma tanto por dentro, como por fuera, así como en atención.

Roller Urlaub

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Haus hat seinen Charm. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und hatte zum Glück einen Balkon, schmal aber immerhin konnte man mal draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, ein paar Stühle im Dreibettzimmer zu haben, damit alle gleichzeitig sitzen können. Aber es ging auch so. Ein Wäscheständer wäre für uns gut gewesen, da wir oft am Strand waren. So haben wir improvisiert und dann Balkon dekoriert. Das sind kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Für ein zwei- Sterne-Hotel war alles voll in Ordnung, bis auf den Putzservice, der ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schränke und Betten waren top, aber der Boden wurde nur relativ dürftig gesäubert. Die Hauptfläche geputzt, aber Ecken oder Seite ausgelassen. Ich bin sehr großzügig mit Sauberkeit, aber bei 14 Tagen Aufenthalt wäre es schon schön gewesen, wären Waschbecken und Spiegel im Badezimmer zumindest einmal geputzt worden.
