Super central, right off Marylebone High Street but in a quiet street. Room has air conditioning which was a huge plus as well as offered breakfast
Water pressure of the shower was quite low
Staff and Mangmemt excellent....very kind and helpful. Bed super comfortable with plenty of pillows. Lovely choice of breakfast options.
Super lief personeel, ontbijt naar wens vers gemaakt, kleine maar heel propere kamer met airco, zeer comfortabele bedden en goeie ligging voor Eurostar en winkelstraten. Wij gaan er zeker terug.

Air con was a nice surprise - especially during this heat
Breakfast was lacking : I think these places have something to learn if they went and stayed in Italian hotels (breakfasts are elaborate there). But it was okay, just nothing I would “look forward” to.
Very comfortable stay in a great location. Very friendly staff, who were very quick to rectify any issues we did have. Good 24 hour facilities. Good air-conditioning. Great check-in and check out times. Clean and attentive housekeeping.
Perhaps not quite up to the standard expected of a four star of this price. Some maintenance issues in the room. Hash browns at breakfast were disappointing - somewhat undercooked. Seated unnecessarily close to other diners at breakfast. Could benefit from window cleaning.

Great family-run hotel. Warm furnishings, friendly service, good breakfast. 10 min walk from a major train/metro station and busses, 10 min in the other direction to lots of restaurant and cute shops. I stayed 2 nights to attend some shows in Covent Garden, but it's also very close to Baker St, lots of museums, and of course easy to get anywhere via public transport. I would definitely stay again!
Like every downtown London hotel in an older building, it's a bit chilly at night but the heater works quickly and the blankets are warm!
