Pros:

Our room was on the lowest floor with stunning views to the waves crashing onto the rocks below. We booked 3 rooms for us and our friends and we all enjoyed our stay. A 1 minute walk to the long sandy Surin Beach and easy walking to nearby cafes and 712

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located right by the beach, which you can reach via a staircase. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for peace, great views, and direct beach access.

Cons:

A few things to note: the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and is built on a hillside. Also, condensation can build up in the room if the air conditioning is set too cold, making the floor slippery. Keeping the room at a comfortable temperature helps prevent this. Breakfast was very simple and very limited.

Loved our stay.
Pros:

Beautiful views. Very quiet area. Clean room.

Cons:

Not enough shade near the pool. Pool tiles are falling off. Steps need a good scrub. Breakfast choices were a bit odd. The pool above our room is leaking. This could be seen from the crystals from dripping pool water at the end (we had a room on the northern end). Drips of water could also be seen coming from the roof in the walkway.

Super Aussicht, großzügige Räume, nettes Personal, ordentliches Frühstück

Cons:

Leider gab es bei dem Top Pool viel zu wenig Schattenplätze, das Restaurant hatte zu und somit musste man ca. 700m den Berg herab laufen, um Besorgungen oder sonstiges machen zu können. Aber mit der Bolt App kam man zügig an alle Orte.

Absolutely breathtaking beachfront sea view room! 🌊

Waking up and enjoying the direct views of the beach from the room was a truly unforgettable experience. The shower area is something unique — being able to enjoy the beautiful sea view while showering was amazing.

The location is perfect, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, and every detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every moment.

Cons:

The only small thing I noticed was that the bathroom is a bit compact, but honestly, it doesn’t take away from the incredible experience and all the wonderful things this place offers.

Pros:

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff and helpful , they have small gym , 2 swimming pool with sun beds, they trips corner in the recreation so u book trips need to look for it outside 👍. Great sea view and they are 5 floors , down you can sea the rocks so awesome 😃 nice beach the Surin beach 🏖️brake can swim and fish their , Good for the honey nooners for 2-3 days in my opinion 👍

Cons:

It’s on the high way so u need motorbike or taxi to go to the shops 😢 they have restaurant service only breakfast and limited choices 😢, 7/11 near holiday inn u need to take a long walk about 20 mins or by motorbike. I advice u to order from Grab for food and drinks , order items in 7/11 better and taxi 👍
