It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It offers family room with bunk beds. The hotel is just next to K Square Mall. Easy to find food, place to play for the kids and do some shopping.

Cons:

The television remote didn’t work. Had to ask the staff to change the remote a few times.

Cons:

The small Stayed at Eska Hotel Batam recently. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room maintenance were disappointing. There were yellow stains on the bed sheet, one of the small pillows was dirty, and the hanger provided was broken. Hope the hotel can improve their housekeeping and room inspection standards.

The walls are quite thin and can be noisy at times. The tv is bad for eye sight.
