ROMANTICA DESCONEXION
Pros:

La ubicación fantástica. El desayuno estuvo bien pero faltaba variedad. Todos los días se repetían las mismas opciones. La habitación muy amplia y acogedora.

Cons:

El internet si estuvo fatal. La señal se perdía a cada rato. El wi-fi intermitente.

Le service: Que se passe-t-il dans cet hôtel ? Après avoir demandé une chambre calme, on m'en a donné une donnant sur une rue bruyante, et finalement, après avoir insisté, on m'a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée (avec tout le bruit de la circulation). Il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi non plus. Après l'avoir signalé, le problème a été résolu, puis de nouveaux , il n'y a plus de Wi-Fi. Il n'y a pas de gel douche, seulement du shampoing. il manque déjà tellement de produits de base. Idem on retire la serviette propre mais laisse l’usagée et quand on signale un pb , c’est d’une passivité

Pros:

We loved this place! Excellent price/quality! Nice view of misty vulcano in the open space. Very well located, only 5min walk to main square. A lot of restaurants options nearby. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh bread.
