Pros:

Best breakfast in Ecuador!! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local charm. Balcony River views are awesome and very convenient location outside town center for exploring waterfalls and other activities.

Beautiful location, decent stay for the price, loud building, lovely staff
Pros:

The location was beautiful with the river and the valley, and convenient and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful- they were very accommodating for my child and I.

Cons:

The building was incredibly loud. We could hear every door and cabinet opening and closing all day and all night. We could hear the staff sweeping the floors upstairs and we heard all the conversations of the other people from any hallway or stairwell. This made nap time for our one year old incredibly difficult and our own sleep at night was broken as we were woken up to doors and people.
The bathroom shower was moldyyyy. Mold everywhere ion the ceiling and the tub tiles. The hot water was also incredibly unstable and would either boil you alive or freeze you to death.

Nada tiene que ver con las fotos que se publican en redes, para mi publicidad engañosa. Habitaciones pequeñas, no hay agua, nevera, para solicitar alimentos se demoran como una hora pues alli no cuentan con cocinas ni personal. En general muy mala experiencia

Hard to sleep, noisy
Pros:

The rooms overlooking the river are stunning. The jacuzzi was really nice and had a great view. There is a nice breeze if you open the doors on the balcony.

Cons:

There is zero soundproofing so you hear everything and everyone in the hotel. We found it very difficult to sleep.

Our room was perfect size for us, the staff was great in keeping it clean, our daily breakfast was awesome ,delicious and healthy, The location was spectacular the nature, the river, the waking up to the sounds of the birds, and all surrounding grounds were beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with a very stylish, unique architecture. The unbelievable views of the surrounding mountains and the sound of the river below was breathtaking. The service was amazing, there was a delicious breakfast served every morning by the sweet lady that ran the hotel. The room was spotless and the jacuzzi with the view was the icing on the cake. It’s just slightly on the outside of town so you don’t get the noise from the city. $1.50 cab into town- 3 minute drive. Definitely recommend staying here!!
