It was great, if you book do it defined with a sauna.
La ubicación es excelente, y el desayuno fue muy agradable, añado que la señorita encargada del mismo fue muy amable (es desayuno tipo mini buffet) incluso preparando cosas diferentes fuera de menú para quien (como yo) tiene alguna alergia un poco inusual.
Tuvimos un solo inconveniente y fue la puerta de entrada, pues el brazo de la misma rechinaba, deberían aceitarlo un poco.
Friendly staff, beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The garden is well-kept, everything is clean, and contact with reception and staff is uncomplicated. The location is slightly outside the center, down the hill, but still reachable on foot or with a short taxi ride for 1.50–2 dollars. The area feels safe, and at night you can fall asleep to the sound of the water. The breakfast and the garden are delightful, and the interior has a typical style with a neocolonial touch. Absolutely worth it
Best breakfast in Ecuador!! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local charm. Balcony River views are awesome and very convenient location outside town center for exploring waterfalls and other activities.
The location was beautiful with the river and the valley, and convenient and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful- they were very accommodating for my child and I.
The building was incredibly loud. We could hear every door and cabinet opening and closing all day and all night. We could hear the staff sweeping the floors upstairs and we heard all the conversations of the other people from any hallway or stairwell. This made nap time for our one year old incredibly difficult and our own sleep at night was broken as we were woken up to doors and people.
The bathroom shower was moldyyyy. Mold everywhere ion the ceiling and the tub tiles. The hot water was also incredibly unstable and would either boil you alive or freeze you to death.

Nada tiene que ver con las fotos que se publican en redes, para mi publicidad engañosa. Habitaciones pequeñas, no hay agua, nevera, para solicitar alimentos se demoran como una hora pues alli no cuentan con cocinas ni personal. En general muy mala experiencia

The rooms overlooking the river are stunning. The jacuzzi was really nice and had a great view. There is a nice breeze if you open the doors on the balcony.
There is zero soundproofing so you hear everything and everyone in the hotel. We found it very difficult to sleep.
