We loved our room! Was very nice and bright. Bed was super comfortable!
A bit noisy because of street, we used earplugs and it was fine. They also leave the cafe’s music on which was too loud in the night— maybe turn it down please!

Mattress hard and lumpy from loose springs. Room never gets made up. Loud partly due to location, but partly because windows don’t close properly. Has a kind of abandoned feel. The song Flowers by Miley Cyrus haunts me to this day
La ubicación es buenisima, todo esta cerca, tiene un gym que salva si quieres moverte un rato y que decir de la amabilidad de Sumon (recepcionista). Un día tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y Sumon nos ayudó altiro y nos cambió de habitación. Se agradece

It was in a perfect location in Georgetown, an easy walk around the UNESCO site. It was extremely comfortable, the executive loft had a private bathroom. The room was very clean, and was cleaned every two days. The staff were lovely. We added on an extra night stay as we enjoyed it so much. The hotel itself is really cool, with a cafe and museum.

The hotel staff are very kind! Also, the breakfast is very great and fulfilling (you can even skip the lunchtime). The room was very comfortable; however, it was a bit dusty and had no windows for me, so be careful if you have respiratory problems or allergies. In my case it was not a problem. The location is exceptional; you are nearby and can walk to plenty of places.
The lack of separation between the bathroom and shower was a bit uncomfortable, as well the dusty aspects of the room the first day. Also, the sound isolations are sometimes imperfect; you may hear the other guests walking by.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest advantage is its excellent location—right in the center of all the major attractions and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, food spots, and cafés.
Positive : It was very convenient to explore the area without having to rely much on transportation. The location really made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to stay close to the attractions and experience the local food and café scene.Negative :
The only downside was that our room had no windows, which made the room feel a little closed in. Also, there is no lift/elevator, and we stayed on the 4th floor, so carrying our luggage up and down was quite inconvenient.

La ubicación inmejorable y la atención al cliente de la recepcionista del hotel fue muy positiva. Pedimos cambiarnos de habitación y nos la cambió en seguida sin problema. El restaurante que hay al lado que se llama Tok Tok Mee, espectacular.
La primera habitación que nos dieron no correspondía con la etiqueta "Deluxe" que era lo que nosotros habíamos reservado, solicitamos el cambio y lo hicieron sin problema ni pegas. El WiFi tiene poca cobertura, en seguida perdías la conexión y el lavabo muy pequeño...

Coz I had to wait for the receptionist for nearly 1 hour plus and the pic did not attend my calls even when I called so many times … and also not even an apology
El edificio tiene mucha personalidad y se nota que detrás hubo un proyecto, dedicación y una intención clara de crear un espacio especial. La decoración está cuidada y cuenta con estancias e instalaciones amplias que muestran el potencial que tiene.
Actualmente transmite cierta sensación de abandono y decadencia, con poco ambiente, un personal correcto pero bastante distante y algunos servicios poco cuidados. La habitación tenía muchísima humedad y el wifi era malo, mientras que el gimnasio estaba bastante descuidado y con material que necesitaba mantenimiento.
Private room is okay. My first room had broken aircon, management gave me a new room straight away.
Very good location to walk around. Very quiet.
Everything feels (is) quite old (showers on the toilets, aircon...) but it's still quite clean.
There's a lock on the main door at night so...don't forget your keys.
