Les équipements sont plutôt vétustes et en mauvais état comme la robinetterie. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové et complètement restauré. La literie est dure, et les salles de bain pas très pratiques.

Ils ne répondent pas sur le site de booking. Très difficile à joindre.

We booked a ‘Queen Room with Garden View’, we paid for a taxi to the hotel while hauling heavy luggage through intense heat. We arrived, went through the check in process, handed over the deposit and were only told as we were leaving reception that we would have to stay in a completely different triple room for one night and move into the room we actually paid for the following day.

Apparently, we were expected to unpack, repack and move rooms the following morning. We explained we were happy to stay in the triple room for the entire four-night stay to avoid the ridiculous inconvenience but this was refused

The receptionist tried to frame this as though she was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay in the room because the island was busy. When we explained how unreasonable, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable this was, she sat there appearing confused as to why we were annoyed. We had to repeatedly explain the most obvious issue imaginable: we paid for one room, were placed in another, and were then expected to disrupt our holiday by moving the next morning.The constant back-and-forth was exhausting, and the way the complaint was handled was dismissive, catty, and unbelievably unprofessional.

For €270, we expected the room we booked not a bait-and-switch and an attitude suggesting we should be grateful they allowed us through the door.

The entire experience was handled terribly from start to finish. We have stayed in countless hotels and have never encountered such poor communication, such a lack of accountability, or such an astonishing level of disrespect towards paying guests. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was completely unacceptable, and the hotel’s attempt to normalise it made the situation even worse.

Because location was not good as a island resort, No service provided, there have no lift and quality was not good, they charge as like 3 stars hotel but quality was no star, when rating please concern about it, because when a user follows it they confess.

El trato fue nefasto y muy poco profesional desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos incómodas durante toda la estancia porque constantemente nos miraban con mala cara y parecía que cualquier cosa que hacíamos les molestaba.

Cada vez que les hacíamos una pregunta sobre el funcionamiento del alojamiento, como por ejemplo si disponían de servicio de habitaciones, su respuesta era decirnos que nos calláramos y que nos fuéramos a la habitación. Esto ocurrió incluso a las 19:00 de la tarde, cuando simplemente estábamos intentando resolver una duda.

Además, uno de los principales motivos por los que reservamos este alojamiento era porque anunciaba aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, no funcionaba; únicamente echaba aire como un ventilador, por lo que era imposible descansar con el calor que hacía. Lo comunicamos varias veces y su actitud fue de absoluta indiferencia, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución.

En cuanto a la limpieza, únicamente hacían la cama. No limpiaban el suelo, no fregaban el baño ni mantenían la habitación en unas condiciones mínimamente aceptables. La falta de higiene fue evidente durante toda la estancia.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy decepcionante. Un alojamiento con un servicio pésimo y un personal muy desagradable que, desde luego, no recomendaría a nadie.

Hotellet er i dårlig forfatning. Familien vår fikk et 3 mannsrom i fjerde etasje i et bygg og et 2mannsrom i andre etasje i et annet bygg.

2 mannsrommet hadde elendig aircondition, og dørene til rommet var nærmest umulig å lukke. Ingen heis i de to byggene. Vi ba om å få bytte til rom med fungerende aircondition, men fikk beskjed om at vi da måtte betale en sum som var nesten like høy som vi hadde betalt totalt for to rom i en uke. Inngangspartiet til det ene bygget er fullt av søppel. Bord og liten krakk på utsiden av rommet ser ikke bra ut.

Sengetøy og håndklær er fullt av flekker. Personalet tok fra barna våre sine strandhåndklær da de skulle gå til rommet sitt. Håndklær vi hadde kjøpt i butikk på Koh Tao. Hotellet låner/leier? visst ut badehåndklær som er lik de som selges til turister. Det er ikke varmt vann i dusjen.

Hotellet har ingen restaurant og poolbaren er stengt.

Vi ønsket egentlig bare å dra til et annet sted da vi ankom dette hotellet og flyttet en dag tidligere enn planlagt og betalt for. Bildene i booking forteller ikke sannheten. Hotellet har nok en gang vært fint, nå er det ikke lenger bra!

No es un hotel comodo, me toco en la ultima habitacion 3 pisos, con la calor. No funcionaba aire acondicionado ni agua caliente, ni para deyunar.
