An experience about living in an appartment which we were not used to and to far from Modena
Pros:

The hotel(appartmment) was adequate, though not cosy.
It turned out to be an appartment, which we did not expect, but had all the necessary facilities.

Cons:

we don't like to live in an appartment, but more impotant is that we did not expect to find the hotel far outside Modena.
May be our own fault . All together the experience was not bad.

Cons:

A mio parere, visto che la struttura funziona sia come Residence che come Hotel, in questo secondo caso dovrebbe fornire quel minimo servizio presente in ogni hotel di buon livello: una macchina per il caffè espresso o, almeno, un bollitore con qualche bustina di te o caffè solubile.

Tutto perfetto, bilocale comodissimo e pulitissimo, colazione ottima! Noi viaggiavamo con una bimba di 4 mesi e senza nemmeno doverlo chiedere ci hanno fatto trovare culla e fasciatoio in camera. Gentilissimi!

Pas la première fois que je viens à Modène et mais la dernière fois dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

La dame de l’accueil est sympathique. Chambre propre. Garage sécurisé en souterrain.

Cons:

J’ai dû payer 10€ supplémentaires (2 jours) pour le parking souterrain qui est grand et à 90% vide en cette période, impossible à laisser la voiture dehors car pour décharger il pleuvait énormément. Le déjeuner pas de grand choix, le pain devait avoir 1 semaine vu comment qu’il partait en miette, les croissants pas bon et le café pas terrible.
Le matelas du lit très dur.
2 climatisations dans la chambre impossible à sélectionner en dessous de 23,5 degrés, même en laissant la journée et la nuit tourner il faisait encore 26 degrés affiché, compliqué pour dormir.
Cabine de douche petite et pose serviette de l’autre côté dans la salle de bain, sol très glissant avec le type de carrelage présent.
Décoration assez vieille.

Ottima struttura e staff molto gentile!
Pros:

Hotel Residence situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso, raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione di Modena tramite autobus.
La stanza era enorme, in realtà erano due ambienti, un soggiorno grande con divano, tv e angolo cottura compreso di frigo, e una stanza spaziosa dotata di bagno, con prodotti da bagno omaggio e pantofole incluse.
Ottima la pulizia e il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo, l'ambiente era silenzioso.
La colazione era compresa nella mia prenotazione e c'erano prodotti sia dolci che salati, per la maggior parte già confezionati, ma le bevande calde si potevano ordinare espresse dal bar e i cornetti erano freschi (non in busta).
Staff molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Cons:

Niente di negativo da segnalare.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit 2 Räumen und Küchenzeile und dadurch sehr viel Platz.
Ein Vorteil war auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
