Karakter van het Hotel, prachtig gebouw en goed onderhouden.Prima kamer met balkon, uitstekend ontbijt met een heel lieve gastvrouw die zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt.

Quiet location.
The hotel room was dark without any natural light and therefore felt oppressive. The music piped through speakers into the hallway was quite annoying in the evening.
the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, beautifully presented in de Hemel restaurant,ie Heaven in english.
the pool was beautiful, i would have liked steps to enter pool easier. the bedroom very comfortable with small balcony, nice bathroom, a rack to air towels would be great.

had dinner every night in the Western restaurant, beautiful wine, delicious food, very nice servers.
we saw a cabinet which would open, people go in, door closes.
we checked and it was a beautiful club/ bar with live music.

I thought it was a pity that the antique, old timer cars, a Mercedes and Fiat were difficult to take photos of.
We left the hotel thinking, this would be hard to bypass, such a great experience, Malang also beautiful colonial style, such beautiful townhouses and villas, wide boulevard. You could almost feel the atmosphere of years gone by.
i don’t approve of colonialism but can’t help thinking romantiac time would have been special for the colonials.

Buena decoración, aire acondicionado, servicios (nos ayudaron cuando necesitamos contratar un conductor) y buena piscina.
Wonderful hotel. The best in Malang. We enjoyed every moment of the stay and the hotel is well looked after and a true 5 star experience. Most importantly the staff and service are excellent and friendly and helped us with all our needs.
No complaints. There was some slight issues with the water pressure but this was nothing major.

We had a lovely stay at Shalimar Boutique Hotel in Malang. The hotel has a beautiful and charming atmosphere with elegant decor that made the stay feel very special. The room was comfortable, and the bed slept wonderfully. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax while still being close to the city.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

Everything was great! Thank you Shalimar team! The rooms are quite spacious, beautifully decorated, the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and has a great coffee shop nearby for the coffee lovers.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the food and cakes were delicious, and the amenities were great as well. The whole staff was incredibly kind and welcoming.

Prachtig oud huis vlak bij het centrum van Malang. Veel Nederlandse details.
Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen in prijs. Wel geweldig ontbijtbuffet.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk & behulpzaam. Ze hebben er ook een aantal restaurants & bars bij die heel lekker en goed zijn. Vraag ook naar het secret café!
De douche was een aanfluiting
