Top hotel, muziek vervelend
Pros:

Mooie goed onderhouden koloniaal hotel, goede service

Cons:

Continue zelfde Franse chansson vanaf 6 uur tot 23 uur door de gangen galmen. Het is gehorig dus je hoort alles van de gang. Wij zaten op begane grond. Neem je oordoppen mee.

Pros:

Piscina muy limpia
Cama súper cómoda habitación amplia y acogedora
Pedimos un check out más tarde y nos lo concedieron hasta la una (un detalle)

Cons:

A pesar de que el alojamiento estaba muy bien nos toco la habitación 111 con un ruido insoportable ,
algo que deberían solucionar para el descanso

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, maybe a bit too poor when it comes to meat options and cheese and so on, but overall good. Staff trying to be helpful. Pleasant interiors and pool area.

Cons:

Mold in bathroom, Very modest bottled water supply. So much personel in the restaurant area, yet to get things done was often requiring multiple requests :)

Hôtel de toute beauté, ou le raffinement et l’élégance sont de pairs
Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et disponible
Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire, très varié , il change tous les jours

Room not ready on time
Pros:

The new check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 PM and not as advertised in the web. I complained to the hotel and the room was only ready at 2:36 PM. See screenshot on Whatssap. If it is important to you to get your room on time, I would not recommend this hotel and in any case the hotel is not worth more than 50 euros per night.

Un hôtel très bien placé au charme rétro et élégant
Pros:

Excellente localisation dans Malang. Très central. Avec des petits restaurants à proximité. L’hôtel a vraiment énormément de charme et une décoration raffinée. Le restaurant La Regina propose une très bonne cuisine italienne

Un bel hôtel mais loin d’être un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Les restaurants sont très bons. Le coin pâtisserie/glace est sympa aussi ! Le fitness est petit mais suffisant pour une séance en vacances.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très loin d’un standing 5 étoiles !
Le personnel ne nous a rien montré de l’hôtel. Il n’y a que 4 transat à la piscine (nettement insuffisant).
