Når jeg skulle betale, virket ikke terminalen dems. Så jeg måtte betale cash med euro,de ville ikke ta imot lire. Når jeg da hadde fått tatt ut euro å skulle betale 62 euro,leverte jeg 102 euro. Men problemet ble at jeg fikk tilbake i lire I en dårlig kurs. Trodde Når man blir pålagt å betale i euro,så forventer man jo å få igjen i euro. Syntes hele det greiene der var frekt og ikke greit.
Заказывал номер с одной большой кроватью, захожу и вижу 2 односпальные, я подошел на ресепшен рассказал о ситуации, нам просто сказали соедините кровати вместе.

Extremely dirty and disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was absolutely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were stains and dirt everywhere, the bedding was torn and looked unhygienic, and there were no towels provided at all.
We also noticed a cockroach, or something very similar to one, in the room, which was extremely unpleasant and concerning.
Overall, the room gave the impression that it had not been cleaned or prepared for guests. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were completely unacceptable. We expected at least basic cleanliness, fresh and intact bedding, and towels, but none of these basic standards were met.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The photos speak for themselves.

К сожалению, наше пребывание в этом отеле было крайне разочаровывающим. Номер был абсолютно грязным и явно не был нормально убран перед нашим заселением. Повсюду были пятна и грязь, постельное бельё было порванным и выглядело негигиенично, а полотенец в номере вообще не было.
Кроме того, мы заметили таракана или что-то очень похожее на него, что было крайне неприятно и вызвало серьёзные сомнения в санитарных условиях.
В целом номер производил впечатление помещения, которое вообще не убирали и не подготовили к приезду гостей. Уровень чистоты и гигиены был совершенно неприемлемым. Мы ожидали хотя бы элементарной чистоты, свежего и целого постельного белья и наличия полотенец, но даже эти базовые требования не были выполнены.
После такого опыта мы не можем рекомендовать этот отель и точно не остановились бы здесь снова. Фотографии говорят сами за себя.

We checked in with our baby and felt very welcome from the first moment. The staff were incredibly kind, played with our baby, and made us feel like we were at home.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared.
The balcony view was amazing, with a beautiful sky view that made our mornings and evenings truly relaxing.
Overall, it was a very warm and beautiful experience. I highly recommend this hotel as a budget luxury hotel with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.

Toan var trasig och läckte vatten, toastolen var trasig. Kylskåpet fungerade inte och var mögligt, lamporna fungerar inte, kunde inte öåsa dörren när jag gick ut
Dirty room, bed linen haven’t been changed after other costumers 🤯 used condom on the floor, mold in the fridge, everything was actually bad.
