Tolle Lager, aber leider unfreundliches Personal

Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein

Cons:

Samstags um kurz nach 8 von einem Hotelmitarbeiter geweckt zu werden, der vor den Gästezimmern mit einem Läubbläser ans Werk geht, ist schon sehr speziell. Ebenso wie die Ankunft. Durch massive Staus hatten wir uns gehörig verspätet. Am Telefon wurde uns aber gesagt, dass das kein Problem sei, solange wir vor 22 Uhr ankämen. Als wir dann endlich ankamen, wurden wir begrüßt mit einem patzigen "um diese Uhrzeit können Sie hier nicht einchecken" und "gehen Sie zur Rezeption, vielleicht kommt irgendwann die Bedienung und bringt den Schlüssel". Das Zimmer war okay, etwas altmodisch, es hatte nichts mit dem Bild bei der Buchung gemein. Das Personal war insgesamt zwischen überarbeitet-desinteressiert und grob unhöflich einzustufen. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus. Man bekommt viele Reiseinfos u. Tipps.

Definitely try their restaurant for dinner, portions are big! Nice location at the river, however far from any supermark
Pros:

Restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We had dinner there. Included breakfast was also okay, but not so many options to chose from
Location of the hotel is nice, on the river side and on the other side you can see 2 fortresses in the mountains
Parking was included. And the property is dog friendly 🫶🏻
Staff was very nice, but was very limited (there was only one lade which was receptionist and waitress at the same time). Thanks to her for her hard work. And she was speaking English 🩵

Cons:

Due to the heatwave even with ventilator it was still very warm inside the room
Room was okay, but we weren’t fun of the style

Met hete dag staat de zon er vol op.
