Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is room for improvement
Pros:

The apartment is well located for visiting some of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks. We stayed on the top floor and had access to a terrace, which was really pleasant and enjoyable.

Cons:

There were curtains, but they were not sufficiently opaque to block out the daylight, so a lot of light entered the apartment early in the morning. Personally, I found this quite disturbing. The bathroom ventilation system is also very noisy.

We had a misunderstanding with the host during our stay, but we were eventually able to find a solution and resolve it. However, I did not appreciate the way the discussion was handled. The host spoke to his colleague in Turkish, knowing that I could not understand what they were saying. Afterwards, his colleague stopped discussing the matter with me, while the host did not even look me in the eyes. I found this behaviour rather disrespectful and unprofessional.

Местоположение прекрасное, пешком обошли всю старую часть Стамбула, все рядом, даже до причала спокойно доходили пешком. Шикарный рынок. Транспорт и автоматы для пополнения Стамбул карт тоже близко. Мне понравился район, как ранее писали очень рельефная местность, так и есть. Если вам сложно ходить постоянно в гору и с горы, то будет тяжело, нам было нормально. Прочувствовали весь колорит города). Покушать вообще проблем нет, миллион вариантов. Посуда вся есть, завтраки готовили сами. Все было отлично, просили утюг - нам его принесли. Жили в номере лофт, по фото как будто потолки низкие, но нет, они нормальные, супруг 1.83 комфортно было. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Хозяева на связи всегда, у нас был ночной вылет в Анталию, разрешили вещи оставить в офисе, большое спасибо за понимание)Рекомендую👍

Cons:

Кровать скрипит в спальне, и утром слышно чаек, но это было замечено только в первый день, потом спали как убитые и ничего не слышали😁 Поэтому это и не минус даже)

Pros:

Elhelyezkedés remek, de nem autóval, felszereltség jó, tiszta, ár/érték arány jó. Angolul jól ment a kommunikáció előtte is, ott is.

Cons:

Parkolóhely nincs csak ígéret. Az utcán maffia módszerekkel próbálnak lehúzni akiket EFE Apart ajánlott. Amikor számonkértem a tulaj hárított hogy nem az ő emberei, menjek a rendőrségre. Szomorú
