Nagyobb elvárásaink voltak, de egy élménynek jó volt. 4 csillagos szállodának nem mondanám.
Pros:

10 perc sétára van egy szép, igényes part. Gyönyörű környék. Nagy hely az étkezéshez. Ingyen italadagolás az étkezéseknél, nem csak all-inclusive ellátás esetén. Volt erkélyünk. Medencék hangulatosak.

Cons:

Nagy sorok a recepciónál. Angolul úgy igazán senki nem tud. Tőmondatokban lehet velük kommunikálni. Szobában takarót nem kaptunk. Végül második kérés után meghozták a huzatot. Csatornaszag járja át az egész szobát. Vékonyak a falak, egy-egy esti mulatozás olyan jól sikerült, hogy nehéz volt aludni. Ételek egyhangúak. Desszertek minden nap ugyanazok. Edzőterem szinte üres, a meglévő gépek sem működnek. Távol van Marbella belvárosától.

Hotel muy masificado, mucha gente incívica. Nunca había estado en un hotel en el que haya tenido que acudir la policía porque haya gente que no respete las normas.

Удобное месторасположение, рядом есть кафешки и магазин за углом.

Cons:

Проживали в этом отеле с детьми. Первое самое неприятное впечатление -долго ожидали пока нас заселят в номер, всегда есть очередь и продвигается медленно. Номер, как и весь отель старый, из плюсов - полотенца меняли каждый день и более менее убирали номер.

Выбор завтрака однообразный.
В столовой: столы и стулья липкие и грязные, на территории кафе у бассейна такая же ситуация, люди едят, пьют, льют все на пол, не очень приятно было находится. Часть шезлонгов не в рабочем состоянии.

Территория бассейна с горками - цвет воды мутный, много маленьких детей, которые видимо не доходят до туалета, люди с пляжа все в песке заходят прямо в бассейн, не смывая песок. На территории шезлонгов под деревьями дети приходят сходить в туалет под дерево(((

И еще хотелось отметить персонал, все очень приветливые и улыбчивые, приятные люди.
Хорошая зеленая территория с деревьями.

Cons:

El 90% de usuarios eran gitanos. voces por todos lados y a deshoras. Peleas entre ellos y con los trabajadores. Mesas de apuestas, cantando y gitando por todos los rincones.
Habitaciones pequeñas.
