Pros:

Very helpful staff. Tim was brilliant in helping accommodate the needs of my very elderly father.

The bedding in 3 of the five rooms smelt reaaly bad (wet washing). We paid for 3 nights but only stayed 2.
The pillows where like bricks.

The bar area, the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the male bar managers.

Cons:

The room was super noisy on the road side. For a family with child I felt a better room location should have been considered. The sofa bed was really annoying and terribly squeaky every time our daughter rolled over it woke us all up. The sofa bed looked like it had seen better days and was on a complete angle. Needs binning

Hotel situated in middle of Buckingham and we were able to walk round or stay in hotel if we wanted.
Pros:

The shower was wonderful, a proper walk in shower as well. Facilities in room were good also. Staff were brilliant, very helpful and pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit hard for me. The room was also very noisy from traffic as we were right on the front and the traffic was very busy outside.

Wonderful, comfortable stay in a great location with all facilities.
Pros:

The whole place has just had a big refurbishment and it is fabulous. everything was spotless and worked without issue. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. And the air conditioning was worth its weight in gold!

Cons:

My only quibble is with the very poor wifi. We were over in rooms 1 and 3, which are as far away from the entrance as you can get so they probably need to install boosters close to those rooms.
