Pros:

駅直結の立地
デザイン性の高い館内

Cons:

チェックインに時間がかかった。
セルフチェックイン機がフロントの両側に合ったが、手前側に集中していて、しかも前の方がエラーで全然進まなかった。大分並んだ後に、奥にもあるのに気付いて移動。誰もおらずあっという間に終わった。せめて、奥にもあるとアナウンスがほしかった。

特にないが最上亭の朝食を２日続けて食べたが中身が変わってなかった。連泊する際も必ず和食を食べたいので毎朝少しづつでも変わっていると有り難い
