Good location

Cons:

Wanted extra payment for child staying in room, even though it was clearly stated on the booking. Once that was cleared up they informed us that the child couldn’t have breakfast because he was staying for free. First experience of this kind of attitude in Thailand, hence the poor review.

I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service your team provided by courtyard by Marriott Sukhumvit 20 during our recent stay. I would especially like to thank Katie for her kindness and excellent care, as well as all of the customer service representatives at your hotel. Please extend our sincere appreciation to everyone.

During our stay, I unfortunately developed a high fever of over 39.4°C and contacted the front desk for assistance. Your team responded incredibly quickly and immediately arranged for a doctor to come and check on me, Katie and other staff member came up to oversee the whole process as well. I was truly touched by how attentive and supportive everyone was. Your team not only offered help promptly, but also personally assisted and ensured everything went smoothly during the process of seeing the doctor.

Beyond that, the entire team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, thoughtful, and professional, from front desk, conceirge, housekeeping, cafe, bell boy which made our experience especially memorable. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely look forward to staying with your hotel again in the future.

A very good hotel at a very reasonable price
Pros:

A very nice and modern hotel. Great value for money. Special shout out to Neab at the front desk. I had a very early flight and was exhausted when I reached the hotel. Neab ensured that the room was done at the earliest and was very helpful. A great first impression.

Not worth the money, better options elsewhere with better value for money.

The staff are excellent, location is not too bad

Cons:

Felt like a very old building, when I stepped out of the elevator on level two, it reeked of dust and poor ventilation, old carpets. Not the cleaner’s fault - they clean every day but if you know the stench of old carpets, you’ll recognise it. My window view was of the back of another building. Depressing. Bed was creaky, aircon is of the old vent type.
