Zona de SPA destul de ok, locatia destul de aproape de gondola desi daca vrei sa mergi pe jos spre gondola drumul e groaznic

Cons:

Hotel invechit, pare ca nu s- a mai schimbat nimic in el de 20 de ani, necesita o renovare completa. Lipsa parcare, hotelul are o parcare subterana dar nu este accesibila clientilor, masina o vei lasa pe strada, restaurantul murdar, fete de masa murdare de mancare, mancarea aceeasi zi de zi si slab calitativa . Un hotel pe care nu il recomand. Merg de multi ani in bansko , dar acesta a fost cel mai slab hotel in care am stat.

Raport preț - calitate a fost ok.

Cons:

Femeile de serviciu nu și-au făcut treaba, daca tot intra prin camere ar fi putut să dea cu o matura și până acum n-am mai întâlnit sa ridice de jos prosopul murdar și să-l pună în cuier...

Pros:

Locația, aproape de gondola. Transferul cu microbuz pana la gondola. Zona cu baruri, magazine.
Mic dejun si cina decente. Aveai de unde alege, dar se putea si mai bine. La 3 zile au schimbat lenjeriile si prosoapele.

Cons:

Curățenie superficiala. Zona de bucătărie avea încă firimituri, blatul stropit, o oala in care am îndrăznit cu greu sa fierb ceva apa. Prin gurile de aerisire venea mereu miros de mâncare. Hainele noastre miroseau a mâncărica si bors. Dupa primul duș mai lung s-a terminat si "colaborarea"cu boilerul.
Zona de SPA avea iz de imbacsit.

Superb în Bansko
Pros:

Liniște, personal amabil discret, bucătăria ok.Relativ aproape de gondola.

Cons:

Străzile cu gropi, accesul pe o scurtătură era greoi,nefiind pietruit.

Pros:

Piscina interioara e ok și sauna / hamam e bună , domnul de la arenda de echipament a fost foarte amabil și profesionist . Micul dejun e bun. Prețul închirieri pentru ski/snow-board direct din hotel sunt destul de accesibile.

Cons:

Salteaua e foarte tare și subțire, greu ne-am obișnuit, cuptorul electric nu funcționa, fierbătorul de apă la fel nu funcționa, uscătorul de prosoape nu funcționa, lipseau multe becuri si nu toată lumină din camera funcționa.
O doamnă blonda de la recepție foarte foarte aroganta față de clienți, de parca am trăit gratis la dinsa.

The stuff we’re really nice, they helped me with everything I needed even offered me to take me to the madical center and help me with the process.
They have a ski rent shop down stairs that is really good too.
The breakfast was nice with lots of options.
You have a spa with a pool and a sauna that were amazing, we didn’t knew that the jacuzzi cost money but it doesn’t really matter…
Overall we had such a good time at the property
