The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.

In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski busses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura era molto carina, una bella spa e un bellissimo spazio esterno.
La stanza era super pulita, ottima la posizione.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il dover pagare così tanto un supplemento per il cane ben 30€ a cane quando ne bastava uno visto che erano anche due cagnolini di piccola taglia!

Pros:

The room was clean and the terrace was very nice and big. Wellness area nice and relaxing. The staff was very kind. Good breakfast buffet.

Ho prenotato con largo anticipo una Suite per 3 persone, scelta e pagata proprio in base alle caratteristiche e agli spazi indicati su Booking.

Al nostro arrivo, però, ci è stata assegnata una semplice camera matrimoniale di dimensioni decisamente inferiori, nella quale era stato aggiunto un terzo letto. Una sistemazione che non corrispondeva affatto a quella prenotata.

La cosa ancora più grave è che, nonostante le nostre immediate contestazioni, la struttura si è rifiutata di assegnarci la tipologia di camera effettivamente prenotata, mentre la stessa Suite risultava ancora disponibile su Booking.

Questo comportamento lascia inevitabilmente il dubbio che venga mantenuta online la disponibilità di una sistemazione di categoria superiore per acquisire prenotazioni, salvo poi proporre all'arrivo camere inferiori confidando nel fatto che il cliente, trovandosi ormai sul posto, accetti comunque.

Personalmente ho trovato la situazione scorretta e inaccettabile, soprattutto perché mette il cliente in seria difficoltà una volta arrivato a destinazione. Non essendo disposto ad accettare una sistemazione diversa e nettamente inferiore rispetto a quella prenotata, ho dovuto cercare immediatamente un'altra struttura, con tutti i disagi del caso e, naturalmente, sostenendo un costo maggiore a causa della prenotazione effettuata all'ultimo momento.

Un'esperienza molto negativa, non tanto per la camera in sé, quanto per la mancata corrispondenza tra quanto venduto e quanto effettivamente offerto all'arrivo e per il modo in cui è stata gestita la contestazione.

Posto stupendo soggiorno da sogno
Pros:

Struttura ben attrezzata con piscina sauna area per prendere il sole, Ping pong e ottima organizzazione per eventi in cross. Abbiamo prenotato le bici elettriche per fare il giro fino al lago di carezza e ottenuto assistenza e indicazioni dal personale realmente gentile. Camera grande , terrazzo spazioso con sauna
