Excelente localização, fácil acesso.

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo, mal servido, faltando ingredientes, funcionários retirando ingredientes do local, interrompendo o consumo. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em termos de café da manhã. Uma falta de respeito com o hóspede.

O hotel tem como intuito explorar o hospede, absurdo não venderem água de garrafa, somente de copo. Colaboradores mal humorado. Alem disso estacionamento é horrível, tomei chuva com a minha familia e filho pequeno. Café da manha sem variedade, só o básico do básico.

Pros:

Quarto bem confortável, bem limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã bem sortido. Hotel muito bonito, decoração linda.

Cons:

Chuveiro nao esquentou de manhã. Bastante movimento na BR (que nao tem como controlar), mas demoramos mais para dormir.

Fizemos a reserva com 2 dias de antecedência pois temos uma criança de 3 anos, chegando lá nossa reserva havia sido cancelada. E pediram para fazermos a reserva direto no site do hotel, o que era mais caro, não fizemos e fomos procurar outro lugar, que não foi fácil de achar, pois já estávamos em Curitiba. Foi um transtorno absurdo e perdemos o resto do nosso dia. Não indico, pois após o acontecido vi muitas reclamações referente a isso sobre o hotel.
