Pros:

Atendimento solicito e educado Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Iluminação do restaurante triste e mal distribuída. Uma iluminação indireta e de baixo custo daria aspecto mais aconchegante e agradável.
No quarto, faltou um criado mudo entre 2 camas de solteiro (nosso quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Ao pedirmos mais 3 travesseiros, às 8h da noite, estes nos forem entregues rapidamente,.porém sem as fronhas com a alegação que não tinham vindo da lavanderia.

O quarto é amplo e a cama é confortável. Em relação ao café um ponto bom é que começa cedo, ideal pra quem vai fazer passeios.

Poderia ter uma tv smart pois caso queira ver tv só tem local . E de banheiro a bacia tava com algumas manchas.

Estadia tranquila, segura, confortável!
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários prestativos durante o horário mais cheio no café da manhã.
A localização é fantástica! Tem restaurantes, supermercados, padaria, farmácias, tudo pertinho!
A sala de cinema no mesmo edifício tem uma ótima programação e é bastante confortável também.

Cons:

Não me lembro de nada que não tenha gostado...
Achei a tv pequena, mas isso não se constitui em problema...
