Local ok, atendimento pessimo.

No segundo dia eu e minha esposa, fomos na recepção pegar uma informação e fomos, pessimamente atendidos.
Fez comentários desagradáveis e desnecessários, sem nem mesmo perguntamos “Não, não tem”.
Durante esse atendimento priorizou tudo menos o meu atendimento, como: dar informações, habilitar outro cartão de acesso aos quartos, atender telefone, entre outras coisas.
Alem do ar condicionado na funcionar adequadamente.
