Cons:

The swimming pool and spa close at 9:00 p.m. and do not reopen until 2:00 p.m. the following day. Since we arrived at 7:00 p.m., we effectively paid for only about 1.5 hours of relaxation. The next day, it made more sense to visit another nearby swimming pool instead.

El area humeda deberian abrir mas temprano,. el agua de la piscina deberia estar caliente, por lo menos deberian poner una puerta entre la ducha y el baño, se fuga toda el agua, y se queda, la ventana y el lavabo son muy altos, no tiene refrigeradora, no tienen cajon los veladores, no cambian las giorrass de baño y dejan en el piso, si se va la luz, cuando vuelva deberian poner a funcionar todo en el area humeda, y si se prohibe comida en el area humeda no deberia permitirse que beban ahi. Otra cosa cuando se busca por internet un hotel pet friendly aparece primerito este hotel, pero no se porque se promocionan asi, deberian conocer los lugares aqui en Quito, y enternder lo que significa pet friendly, aca no se cobra por llevar a su mascota a cualquier lugar pet friendly, pero en su caso parece que lo unico que les interesa es el cobrar por el solo hecho de llevar a su mascota a un lugar pseudo pet friendly,

מלון נחמד, קצת מיושן. מתאים לשהיה קצרה בה אפשר להנות המברכה והמתקנים בספא.

המלון ממוקם בקצה העיר ממש ממול למפל ובחלק מהחדרים אפשר לצפות עליו. יש מתקנים כמו בריכה, ספא, גקוזי וסאונה אם כי הכל מיושן מעט. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה.
החדר היה גדול ומרווח אך מאוד מינימליסטי, חדר הרחצה היה כל כך קטן שבקושי אדם אחד יכול לעמוד שם. בסך הכל ישנו לילה אחד וזה ענה על הציפיות.

Cons:

חדר רחצה קטנטן, החדר שקבלנו היה קרוב קצת לכביש ולמגרש החניה.

Great experience, amazing staff
Pros:

Great views. The location is just a few blocks away from heart of the city. Family loved there breakfast. Hotel staff where super accommodating and did everything to ensure we had a great time here. Definitely would recommend to anyone that plans on traveling to baños.

A very unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The first room I was offered was situated behind the hotel itself in separate buildings, it smelt terrible.
The staff were quick to respond.
The second room next door smelt nice but after unpacking I realised it had no safe and the window shutters in the bathroom were not only dirty all around but it was apparent you could not close them, especially to block out any noise from the path/facing the pool on the same ground level.
Which also made the bathroom very cold and damp as it rained the whole time during my visit.

My friend and I decided to go out and were later offered a complementary cocktail ticket when we left for the evening as we left our keys, followed by being told there would be a lot of noise as there was a private party until possibly up to 1.30am.
We had an early start!
We arrived back before 10pm to be told the bar shut at 9am so we had no cocktail.
A little bit disappointed as no one told us the bar shut at 9am.

The noise was horrendous from the music that my bedroom was in close proximity too and because the windows in my bathroom would not shut I was kept awake until gone 2am when it finally stopped as was my friend a couple of doors down and two others in our party in an adjacent room.
I had less than 4 hours sleep as we had to be up early which ruined all our days sightseeing as we were shattered.
No apology was offered when we checked out for the terrible noise that kept myself and my party awake into the early hours.

I’ve been to many different types of hotels, hotels overlooking music venues, all inclusive hotels with nightclubs etc but this was on a whole other level and should not have been permitted. The noise was insanely loud with no consideration for paying guests.

Plus notes, the breakfast offered was quite good and varied and the bed was very comfortable in my room.
They are the only positives to my otherwise horrendous experience staying at this hotel.
I would not recommend.
