Me encantó el servicio y la calidad de atención. Todo el personal fue muy amable, exactamente lo que uno espera al hospedarse en un hotel, recibir un trato cálido y cordial.
Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas, la ducha excelente y las piscinas junto con las zonas húmedas estuvieron impecables y muy agradables. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria.
Volveré.

We could see the waterfall from our roon
Pros:

The Sangay Spa Hotel is directly across from the waterfall, which we could see from our room. The room is comfortable, clean and modern. We slept well but the pillows were very soft. The breakfast was great, probably one of the best of our trip. We toured the spa, it was small, but did not use it. Wish we could of spent more days there.

El desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicacion excelente

Cons:

La bañera es bastante innecesaria y muy dificil de acceder para bañarse. Deberian rediseñar los baños en general ya que tambien los acabados se notan desgastados pero sobre todo quitar esa bañera, incluso estuvimos a punto de caernos un par de veces. Y adicional, no todas los tags de la comida en el desayuno tenian traducciones a ingles lo que hizo dificial a mis amigos extranjeros entender que era cada cosa.

Disappointing
Pros:

6 of us went for a wellness experience, which included the heated jacuzzis, facial and 'goumet' dinner. The dinner was so salty, none of us couldn't eat it. When we complained, the chef just laughed. The spa was a few minutes walk from the changing room so we had to walk in wet clothes (with a dressing gown over) to the spa. The weather was quite cold that evening and I ended up with a cold. A waste of money as we could have used the free spa facilities in our own hotel.
