Very nice apartment and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment. Very friendly staff

Cons:

The peacocks that live in the neighbourhood although pretty to look at were extremely noisy from 4 am some days so make sure to keep windows shut at night and it shouldn’t be a problem.

Rooms are good, location is good, bathrooms are good.

Cons:

We booked 6 rooms with 6 bathrooms. But we were given 5 bathrooms. That did not get resolved even when we brought it to the notice of the management.

Also we had a slow response from the team, we had to ask for an iron and coffee pods many times, but finally we were not given extra coffee pods... after 2 nights of following up.

But the rooms are good, location is good

Great stay, would highly recommend for a wonderful vacation.
Pros:

The Residence by Vestibule Palace was exceptionally clean, roomy, and felt brand new. We rented 2 of the 2 bedroom/2 baths units and everyone was extremely impressed with the accommodations. The location was great - within easy walking distance to the center of old town. Easy check in/check out and helpful service. One of our luggage was delayed in getting to Split but Antonija was able to shepherd the airline in getting the bag to our apartment without any issues. Big kudos to her.

Cons:

Interestingly enough, the neighborhood has a number of wild peacocks and they can be loud at times. Beautiful birds, though.

A wonderful location and apartment
Pros:

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood just a five minute walk from the palace. Everything about this place succeeded my expectations. We loved it and we were there for four nights so we really had a chance to take advantage of everything it offers. I recommend it wholeheartedly

Perfect for expliring historic Spilt.
Pros:

Excellent location 5 mins walk from the historic centre. Wwll appointed and very comfortable. Quiet residential area with Peacocks.

Pros:

2 bedrooms are quite big. The location is excellent. Also have its own car park. The property comes with lift.

Cons:

Only one toilet for 2 bedrooms. If has washing machine it’ll be perfect. But it still quite nice place for stay. Recommended.

A superb stay, our first visit to Croatia.
Pros:

Superb stay. Location is ideal for us within 10 minutes walk of old town. Excellent high quality & clean fixtures fittings. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Good wifi, parking available. The host Antonia was just great in her helpfulness & recommendations. Ideal for couples. Apartment is tranquil & quiet. Split is ideal location to explore the region. Will definitely visit again hopefully soon!

Pros:

It was a very quiet location and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had rainfall showers which were refreshing and it came with a small kitchen area to cook minor meals.
