My new favorite place to stay in Denver
Pros:

Amazing hotel... we had a very spacious room with a full kitchenette and separate sleeping/living areas. One of the best continental breakfasts I've ever seen. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, steel-cut oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, the list goes on and on....The outdoor patio area is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the evening. A staff member got the fire going for us, and we hung out there for a few hours every night. Lots of great restaurants within a couple of blocks, including Mexican and Japanese options, plus a great upscale sports bar called The Great Divide. Even better, there's an In-N-Out Burger about a 5-minute walk away. This is now my go-to place to stay in Denver.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the hotel doesn't have coffee available in the lobby outside of the breakfast hours. I think it would be a nice touch to keep some fresh coffee/tea available for guests. Also, the pool is great, but there is no hot tub.

Very safe area. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower. Worth the money.

We didn’t like the lack of privacy the bathroom offered with the sliding door. It had a gap and no privacy or sound barrier between bathroom and sleeping area. Also no exhaust fan in bath created uncomfortable conditions for the rest of the room

Great overall experience
Pros:

Great hotel that exceeded expectations and the proximity was all in walking distance to shopping and restaurants which made for a phenomenal experience with children under 18.

Amazing weekend away
Pros:

This establishment is very clean, room and building was very tidy and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The area of this hotel is perfect for any occasion. We went as a family of 4, and had everything we needed within walking distance. Sushi, steak, drinks, ice cream all within a 3 block radius and even a target across the parking lot. The area around the hotel was very clean and well kept as well. Could tell this was a very nice high end side of town. We will definitely be booking another trip there soon and staying again :) Only thing i wish they had, was a hot tub.

So. Noisy.
Pros:

I genuinely want to spare others what I went through at this hotel. Do NOT stay in this hotel unless you sleep like a rock! This is seriously the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It is SO overpriced considering it must have zero insulation. You will hear your neighbors conversations, your neighbors walking around, your neighbors doors slamming, your neighbors TV, your neighbors alarm. And I don't just mean one neighbor. You'll hear aaaaall the neighbors. And the road noise. It sounded like someone was drag racing all night long. Oh, and this is with earplugs plus a headband over them. I stayed here for school and was seriously concerned that I wouldn't be able to manage the class I was taking because I was sleeping so poorly. This would mean a delayed graduation of at least a year. This is the second time I've stayed here, so I guess I should have known better. The first time wasn't quite so bad, as they ended up putting me on the 6th floor. Even there it was noisy though. Oh, and if they put you above the restaurant/outside dining area...I am so sorry. I have never returned from a trip so depleted.

I've traveled for work before and stayed in Hyatt hotels, but I would be extremely hesitant to book at a Hyatt after this experience.

Location is close to a lot of Retail Stores and Restaurants
Pros:

Located in a busy retail area, the parking lot is shared with Target, restaurants and businesses are within walking distance. It’s not too noisy. The rooms are a good size. We had a nice kitchenette. Bathroom is typical Hyatt Place size, nothing fancy and functional. Not a lot of mirrors. One in the bathroom and one when you first walk in but not a full length mirror. Staff is really friendly. Free breakfast offered.
