Clean and well maintained with ample parking, close to restaurants and shopping. All necessities are easily obtainable with a short walk.

Clean rooms, convenient location for visiting family in Lakewood, excellent and friendly staff service, free breakfast was a good spread.
Location is in a Target parking lot. No views of the mountains or anything (blocked by another building). No hand soap was provided even when requested (they said they were out). Room A/C was very loud. Room decor and furnishing was nothing special, sort of drab and gray with a small TV. Can hear through the walls easily.
Room was a nice size.
Very limited parking. Construction clutter in the lobby. One of our room’s blackout curtain would not close and the area is really bright outside.
The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The rooms were very clean and equipped nicely with all the kitchen necessities.
Parking gets full fast since there doesnt seem to be enough space. I wish I had a better view of the mountain and less view of the Target.
Hotel was great and clean. However, do not stay in room 217. From 9am - 5pm they do laundry and it sounds like a helicopter. Very disruptive and annoying.

Please double-check that the room you receive matches the room you booked.
In my case, I booked and paid for a King Studio Suite with Kitchen and Sofa Bed, which should have 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a King Room with only 1 king bed. For a family with two small children, this was not suitable and caused a lot of inconvenience.
At check-in, after payment, the front desk did not tell me there was any room change. I only noticed the problem after I entered the room and checked my booking again. After that, I had to go back to the front desk and discuss the issue several times before I got a more reasonable solution.
First, the hotel said I could get a full refund. But it was already around 6 PM, we had two small children with us, and I had work the next day, so finding another hotel was not realistic.
Second, after I said this was not acceptable, the hotel offered 5,000 Hyatt points. I was also told that if I had not been a Hyatt member, this option would not have been available.
Third, I explained again that the room was not suitable for four people, and I suggested changing rooms the next day. The hotel agreed.
Fourth, I also said that I should not pay the King Studio Suite rate while staying in a King Room. The final offer was a $10 discount per day.
In the end, I do not think I received fair compensation for the inconvenience and the room mismatch.
Most of the staff were polite and kind, but I was disappointed with the management and the way this situation was handled. Before staying at this hotel, I strongly suggest checking that the actual room type, bed setup, and number of guests match your booking, especially before you finish check-in and payment.
Clean rooms
What a fun area to stay, lots of restaurants in walking distance and having the Target right there is very convenient. They are undergoing renovations so there were some disruptions...for instance the fitness center wasn't available during my short stay; so that was a bummer and the reason I can't leave a 5 star review. There are also other little quirks others have mentioned like sharing the parking lot with Target and figuring out where exactly the entrance is. But it was overall a great stay, my studio was super spacious, clean and well organized. Tons of storage space! Breakfast was delicious with plenty options. I do plan to stay here again!

The super thin covers in the room. The pillows were way to soft. Not firm at all. The pool smelled! We smelled after we got out of it.
The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants close by.

Breakfast was okay but some more non-pork meat options would be appreciated like turkey or chicken sausage.
The lightening in the room had awkward controls.
No working lights in bedroom. Spoke to staff which never fixed it. Had to use my cellphone light at night to walk around room. Sinks overflowing. TV flickered throughout the night even though it was off. Couldn't unplug it becuase its bolted to the wall, so kept waking up at night.
