Great stay, pet friendly
Pros:

Great location to explore Brussels, gave us a quick exit ground floor room for our pet. Comfortable room with all expected amenities.

Good location, stylish rooms
Pros:

Good location, close to the tram as well as on walking distance to the old town. Stylish rooms, all with individual theme. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The cleaning could have been better, found dust in the room, especially around and under beds. Pillows could have been more comfortable.

Pros:

Die Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstücksraum. Das wir einen der wenigen Parkplätze bekommen haben.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und die Zimmer dementsprechend leider ganz und gar nicht so schön wie es auf den Fotos wirkt. Alles ist dunkel und unmodern. Das Badezimmer ist absolut unakzeptabel. Zudem hatten wir eine Aussicht auf einen dreckigen Hinterhof mit unglaublich lauten und veralteten Klimageräten.

Smidigt i centrum
Pros:

Centralt läge med nära till restauranger och sightseeing. Smidigt med parkering och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Boendet ligger vid inflygningen till Bryssels flygplats och det hörs rätt mycket av flygplan när de ska in och landa. Sådär frukost också.

Great location and comfortable beds made this a great stay, bit the bathroom situation needs improvement.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. We liked that we could ly our luggage at the hotel after checking out to go have lunch before going to the train station. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The half shower door made it so the shower leaked when taking a shower. A full shower door would have prevented that. The hand soap dried out our skin. The tea in the room tasted horrible.
