We chose this hotel because they claim they had a kosher breakfast. They did not serve any breakfast the day that we were there and they told us that there was a kosher restaurant that we could go to that they would pay for. when we got to the restaurant we found out it was not kosher, so we ended up without eating breakfast that day and it was going to be a long day for us till we ate lunch so we were very disappointed. They refunded us part of the money but that didn't really help us when we had nothing to eat
נהנינו במיוחד מהיחס והשירות – כל בקשה או הערה שהעלינו זכו למענה מהיר ולטיפול מיידי.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומספקת מאוד. אמנם אינה מפוארת במיוחד, אך היא מגוונת, טרייה ומציעה מבחר רחב שיכול להתאים למרבית האורחים.

החדר קטן יחסית ואת החלון קטן לא אהבתי אין נוף לראות .. חדר האוכל ממש קטן ומבחר אוכל לגמרי קצת, נוהל חדר האוכל פעם אחת כניסה לאכול. בשבת אין מכונת קפה. אין מרחב לישיבת האורחים רק ליד כניסת המלון כמה קסאות במעבר מול הכביש :(
The atmosphere was very friendly.. Alex at the reception was very nice.. and Roei the CEO.. was very sufficient and very kind. He was creative in solving problems. We enjoyed very much to stay in the hotel.. very good breakfast.. comfortable room.

מיקום מעולה, יש חנייה בחינם קרובה למלון, חדרים נעימים, יחס הצוות היה מעולה
ניקיון החדר היה יכול להיות טוב יותר (גומי עם עובש במקלחות, סימנים דביקים על השולחן לצד המיטה, סימני מים על מדף שחור לצד מכונת הקפה). ארוחת הבוקר הייתה הבסיסית ביותר שיכולה להיות.
Местоположение хорошее. Персонал доброжелательный.
Душ в комнате был неисправным. Более скудного завтрака не было ни в одной из гостиниц где я бывал. Пыль в комнате была повсюду. ТВ работал непонятно как.

חדר גדול, נקי ומרווח, אמבטיה ענקית מזגן מרכזי ומיטה גדולה. המיקום הוא על תחנת המטרונית אז אפשר להתנייד בקלות ובנוסף בבית מלון הוא לצד קניון שבו אפשר תמיד לקנות מה שצריך. ארוחות בוקר אפשר לאכול בארוחה והצוות מאוד נחמד ומקצועי אני בהחלט אחזור לשם.
הדבר היחיד שלא אהבתי הוא שלמרות ששמתי שלט של נא לא להפריע בחדר שלי עדיין דפקו לי כמה פעמים בבוקר אבל חוץ מזה מקום מעולה להתארח.
В номере грязно, на столе было огромное липкое пятно. Полотенца в пятнах, переключатель в душе не работает, холодильник не работает.
