Important information:

Starting from January 1, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all foreign guests staying at the hotel. This tax is separate from the room rate and must be paid during check-in. However, Malaysian citizens with a valid Identity Card or valid permanent residents with MY PR Card are exempt from this tax. Additionally, a heritage charge is applicable per room per night, and this fee should be paid directly to the hotel.

Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel must register at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 car parks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option) MYR 30 per adult and MYR 25 per child (5 to 12 years old)

A delightful get away...
Pros:

As true to what I read the breakfast spread was delightful and generous. Whist it was a weekday, it was busy at 8+ but your staff stepped up. Kudos to chef and team... Thumbs up for the nyonya laksa... Yum indeed. I took loads of photos of the spread and shared.

Last night for dinner, we walked around though quiet, we found place to eat at Morten area... Lights around was a really charm. We walked back to the hotel and lights and even view from level 39 was just lovely. It was a good one day breather for me.

Cons:

Critique - No hand or face towel? The toothpaste was difficult or dry to squeeze. TV could have been raised to be on the wall perhaps 2' up. My friend was amused and puzzled with the bathroom glass door

Only I confuse that if I checkout a bit late before 1 I have to pay extra charges
Pros:

I like the hotel it's clean and spacious

Cons:

Only I don't like is the lift, waiting to long n always full,pls try to make it easier for customer not to wait so long and hope there is a shower cap n cotton buds

住在酒店里，晚上感觉睡不好。
Pros:

小孩泳池里太多人，玩得太开心就会被别人推倒.

Cons:

假日，酒店内的电梯等一架要等很久，冲凉，房，外面也可以看到里面透明玻璃
