Pros:

Sehr gastfreundlicher Wirt. Er hat unsere Fahrräder in seine privaten Räumlichkeiten genommen, damit sie nachts nicht wegkommen. Sehr nette Gespräche bei Grappa und Cola.

Aanrader voor actieve vakantie in de regio, maar buiten de drukte
Pros:

lekker buiten de drukte van Zermatt, maar wel op fietsafstand en naast treinstation indien gewenst. Marco was een zeer gastvrije host. Hij bood ons de mogelijkheid om fietsen binnen te stallen. Hij gaf tips over te volgen routes in de omgeving.

Cons:

Eenvoudig, maar voldoet aan alles wat je nodig hebt.

Pros:

Localização excelente, bem em frente à estação de trem, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos. Há trens para Zermatt a cada 30 minutos, com duração de aproximadamente 20 minutos.

Cons:

O quarto é bem simples, como já era esperado. Poderia ter mais ganchos na parede, além de mais tomadas.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room from the boss Marcos.
We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a big bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large kitchen that had everything we needed — including a fridge. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Honestly, it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had during our 6 days in Switzerland!
Marcos was such a wonderful person. He personally showed us our apartment and explained everything clearly. The service felt warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
On top of all that, our apartment had amazing mountain views, which made our stay even more memorable. Hotel is right next to the train station, a minute walk. You wouldn’t hear about train coming at all.
The service throughout my visit was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Entertaining evening with friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly owner, Marcos, who put on a fun classic rock show in the evening, and helped us book a taxi to Zermatt, soft beds, outdoor seating at the bar, close to train station

Cons:

Shower was not super clean, limited menu at the hotel restaurant.

Exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Un petit quiproquo lors du check-in, vite oublié par la sympathie de responsable de l'hôtel. Lit très confortable, à 2 pas de gare, et pourtant assez silencieux.

Petite hôtel très agréable qui vaut le détour !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé près de la gare pour un accès rapide à Zermatt. Le gérant est adorable, très bienveillant et fait tout pour rendre service. Nous avons très bien mangé, c'était parfait pour notre soirée. La serveuse était aussi très gentille et attentionnée. La chambre était confortable, la literie neuve. Adresse que nous recommandons chaudement !
