La atención de la señora que nos recibió al principio
La forma como me quedaba mirando el señor al aparcar una furgoneta grande como que era un delincuente que había entrado a su parking me miraba con una expresión muy rara y no me decía nada fue muy incómodo su recibimiento

Los dueños lo tienen muy cuidado. Está todo muy bien.
Hacia un poco de calor pero es que había ola de calor…es lo que hay!
The proprietors are very graceous, kind and welcoming people. The building and grounds are beautiful. I'm walking the Camino del Norte and was weary from walking and decided to treat myself here and I am very happy I did. It's a wonderful place for rest and recuperation.
There was nothing I did not like.

Schönes familiengeführtes Hotel, alle waren sehr freundlich.
Gegenüber den teils astronomischen Preisen im Bilbao ein sehr gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis.
Also für einen Zwischenstop oder den Besuch des Guggenheim sehr zu empfehlen.
La limpieza y comodidad de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Nos pusieron en una habitación con aire acondicionado, algo que agradecemos mucho con la que estaba cayendo.
La ubicación... Justo al lado hay una enorme refinería que hace ruido y huele regular. Y la verdad que cerca en coche hay cosas muy bonitas pero sin coche no hay cerca servicios esenciales. En mi opinión el precio de la noche es cara teniendo en cuenta todo esto. Es un hotel para dormir de paso o forma ocasional.
La pareja de propietarios da gusto. Son excelentes, muy educados y dando facilidades.
La habitación estaba fenomenal, bonita cómoda y limpia. Recibimos un trato amable y atento.
