Pros:

Beautiful clean room with stunning bathroom. Great views. Lovely big lounge where you can sit and chat. Staff excellent and friendly.

I would certainly stay again!
Pros:

The room was tidy and the view exceptional. The cot provided for our child was perfect. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

The hotel is well located about a 15 min walk from Rothesay and 5 mins drive from the ferry terminal. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The decor is pretty tired and a bit grubby on close inspection; rips in the upholstery, smudgy windows, stained carpets etc. The sheets in our room had stains on them and although the bathroom was pretty clean it had a fusty smell.

A nice, comfy stay
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, and I really liked the renovated bathroom.

Cons:

The top of the bathroom's sash window is covered with a panel. However, you can step under this panel when opening or closing the window. The part of the wall and window that's hidden is really dirty. With the bathroom having been renovated I can't understand why this hasn't been cleaned.
