Bed a bit small double
Where is was and on site entertainment.
No plug next to bed . I use a c pac machine. I had to ask if the hotel had an extension lead . They gave us one but it didn't work so had to go ask for another 1 which did work. Not ideal have to have an wire running across the room making it a fall hazard. I have trouble with my mobility so not idea. When there we found a stain on the quilt. There was fresh towels put on top of it and the towel nearest the quilt was damp . My other half had to go down stairs again so 3 time and we where on the 3 floor . I lovely girl came with fresh quilt cover to change it . My partner had started to strip the bed to help her . She said he didn't need to bet thank you . Once the quilt cover was remove we all find out what the stain was. On the quilt was what looked like someone had spilled a cup of coffee over the quilt and then the quilt cover was put on top . The poor girl was so apologetic and take the all quilt away . Said said she will try and get another quilt or move us to a different room . She returned we new quilt , quilt cover and new towels . She apologised once again and said she will be having strong words we house keeping . When we were leaving in the morning she was on reception and she apologised once more .
On arrival we was told the lift wasnt working and we were on the 3rd floor
Stayed here many times. Superb location. Good value. Great breakfast. And staff friendly.
The bed is a bit basic, but not uncomfortable. The quilt could be bigger. But no other complaints.

Staff are lovely, location is great, there's entertainment if you want to stay. We did room only but would definitely return. There was a lovely little jewellery mini market in the bar. Would highly recommend and its the first place we will try to book on our return to Blackpool.
Nothing to dislike, if anything the rooms are a little tired but clean and decent size.
Breakfast & staff were polite & professional
The curtains in the bedroom were very thin I was awake at 04:00 in the morning from the light needs blackout curtains . The noise from other guests . The shower only trickles the hand basin I at to turn it quite tight to stop the drips . Far to hot no air con & the window was blown condensation in between the glass pane

Needs a good upgrade, bathroom awful cracked tiles mould all over. Lamps furniture in bedroom must have been there for over 20 years
Clean and pleasant. Staff are friendly and efficient. They will aleays go the extra mile to help a guest
Location
Being in the attic room with a small dog elderly dog that was blind. The lift was very small and made lots of noise. I chose to use the stairs my husband used the lift only because of our dog
