Desondanks minpunten toch een aangenaam verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Vlakbij het mooie centrum.
Heel goed ontbijt.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Fietsenstalling.

Cons:

Minibar werkte niet.
Tapijt lijkt ons nogal moeilijk te onderhouden (hoogpolig) (onhygiënisch)zeker als er honden toegelaten worden.

Pros:

Sehr central gelegen und genügend Parkplätze welche man Gratis benutzen kann. Mit dem Felsenkeller hat es im Untergeschoss eine wunderschöne Bar, welche aber unabhängig vom Hotel geführt wird.

Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und konnte feststellen, dass der Service gleich geblieben ist.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und umfangreich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

2 Tage in Pfullendorf
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, mitten im Zentrum. Ein schönes großes Zimmer, auch passend möbliert, Auch das Bad ansprechend groß für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft.

Cons:

Die glanzvollen Tage des Hauses sind sicher vorbei, dies sieht man dem Haus und der Einrichtung deutlich an. Aber es sollte zumindest versucht werden, die technischen Funktionen sicherzustellen, Trotz der kühlen Tage war die Heizung aus, die Klimaanlage konnte auch nicht heizen, mehrere Leuchtmittel waren defekt und die Hygienespülung am WC ist lt. Auskunft des Personals auch bereits seit längerem defekt. Dies ist lieblos und unnötig, insbesondere weil das Personal ansonsten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war.
