Hotel muy agradable en pleno centro de Murcia.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación super céntrica, junto al Real Casino de Murcia y a dos pasos de la catedral. Las habitaciones se ven recientemente renovadas. Ventanas bien insonorizadas, camas cómodas y muchos detalles en la habitación: albornoz, cafetera y tetera. El personal de recepción, muy amable y eficiente. Super recomendable.

Cons:

Al encontrarse en el centro, no puedes aparcar por la zona, es todo peatonal. El parking más cercano (Glorieta de España, de pago) se encuentra a 700m.

Me gustó todo.Tan solo con ánimo de mejorar, recomendaría cambiar el pavimento que hay al lado del plato de ducha...era un pavimento de revestimiento de pared y creo que debería ser antiadherente para evitar caídas...

Perfecta ubicación y una falta de profesionalidad por parte del recepcionista.

Tuve un error al hacer la reserva y puse 1 Adulto, la reserva indique que era para un aniversario obviamente para dos, di por hecho que el recepcionista lo adapto cual fue nuestra sorpresa al subir a la habitación era individual enana y tuvimos que dormir los dos en una cama para uno, decepcionante.

Pros:

La grande gentillesse du personnel malgré notre arrivée très tardive la nuit.
La chambre top, pareil pour la salle de bain .
Et la facilité accordée au check out de rester un peu plus longtemps le temps de trouver un hôtel pour la nuit suivante.
Prix tout à fait correct.
Ça mérite vraiment un 10
