Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla

Les punaises de lit qui grouillaient dans la chambre. Les lits qui ne tenaient pas sur leur pieds. La salle de bain avec un rideau très sale. Pas de parking et obligation de se garer a plus de 2 kilomètres.

Everywhere was so dirty. When we got in the shower there was man body hairs. Clearly it wasn’t cleaned.Inspite of perfect view we couldn’t enjoy because of window’ dirtiness. No fresh air inside. Windows can’t be opened. Dust on the table and side tables. Dirty carpets all around the hotel. Stains on the duvet cover. It was washed but stained.

No ac was boiling

It is really outdated. There was no toilet roll in our bathroom. We had drink sachets but no spoons, the shower was mouldy and the shower screen was broken. We were there a few minutes early literally and they said for us to sit and wait until it was time to get the keys.

No one explained anything at reception no free parking on site as stated ... Couldn't close my window.. bathroom door was hanging off was sooo funny 🤣 plug sockets hanging off bugs silver fish in the shower view well may as well been in the slums

The hotel is a bit run down, but clean and tidy.

We had to clean shower dirty marks on it used bleech door to bathroom was too near to one of the beds made it difficult to open

Shabby room. Curtains hanging down a bit and didn’t cover the windows
The website said ‘parking’. When we arrived we found it meant ‘try and find a space along the road behind the hotel’

The room was dirty, we all ended up with bites.

Towels with stains.
Carpet on the floor is disgusting( they didn’t wash it for years).
Dust on the lamp and windowsill.
Shower was disgusting as well. See photos.
Crack on the wash-hand stand.
Smell in the room from the drain.
In the bathroom everything is old and dirty.

Leider haben wir das 2te Zimmer erst ein paar Stunden später beziehen können, da es noch beim Reinigen war. Aber während dessen waren wir baden am Strand.

This was, without question, the worst accommodation we've stayed in during the three years we've spent travelling around Europe.

Our experience started poorly, as there was a pile of used laundry outside our room that appeared to be stained with urine. Inside the room, we found unusual red smears on the doors and furniture, which was very concerning.

The room itself was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom sink had a hole in it, the bedside tables were falling apart, and much of the furniture was damaged or unstable. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained. There was also no hair dryer provided.

The hotel as a whole is in desperate need of refurbishment. It feels tired, neglected, and lacking in basic maintenance, which significantly detracts from the guest experience.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the room made for a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend it.

Het is er verschrikkelijk vies, tapijt wat vol vlekken zit, overal vlekken op de muren, dekens zitten vol vlekken, plafond in de douche vol schimmel, kamer zat vol vliegjes, dat werden er op dag twee steeds meer dus uiteindelijk om 12u ‘s nachts nog van kamer gewisseld. Dat kon gelukkig wel maar er werd niet gekeken naar de vliegen dus bij de volgende zitten ze er vast weer.

The shower didn’t work!! The water would come out make some horrendous noise then just stop and when it did come back on it was even noisier and cold, the room was ridiculously hot yes fans were provided but they didn’t help it was reading 30 on my phone but without any windows it was impossible to sleep it is hot in the UK but this was unbearable to the point our snacks and drinks we had got for the next day melted or got hot would have been better leaving them in the car. When I booked it said I could buy a permit but when arrived they said they wasn’t doing this anymore so we had to find non permit parking which was near impossible and I’m sure I just got lucky I didn’t get a ticket where I parked.

all of it - the room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3.30. there were no staff around, the atmosphere was awful, extremely dated, the bar was closed . It felt like you were walking into a hotel that had closed down and had most of its contents removed. the beds were clean but the carpets were filthy as was the bathroom -
