Like putting lipstick on a pig
Pros:

It was too overpriced to have appreciated much of anything.

Cons:

The toilet was leaking around the base. The floors were very creaky and I heard every footfall from above. The staff are given no autonomy by the management to make any decision and on the weekend there's no management around. The other room was very rundown.

Te dure prijs voor een kleine onveilige kamer
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel aan de incheckbalie.

Cons:

- Kleine kamers (model meer kamers, meer winst).
- Hygiënisch is er nog wel wat werk aan de winkel (zie foto’s)
-Brandveiligheid wordt niet gerespecteerd
- Te dure prijs voor wat je maar krijgt. Ontbijt ondermaats, zelfs geen gewone charcuterie of kaas
- De plaatsen op de parking zijn veel te klein.
- Uitchecken is al om 10 uur
- Uizicht achteraan op de parking is gezellig zeker als ze in de ochtend beginnen te vertrekken.

Lovely newly renovated room, very comfortable bed. We had dinner which was good as was breakfast.

Cons:

Our newly fitted shower didn't work. A huge disappointment.

Worst hotel room ever.
Pros:

We stayed in room 102, this was right next to the from door, the ramp from the front door was busy and everyone looked in and the noise levels were excessive at times.
I could have closed the curtains but the view was lovely.

Cons:

The location of the room and noise levels due to people arriving and leaving the hotel.

Good choice for break
Pros:

Fab bedding and beds gave us great sleep. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful

Availabilty in Fort William forced our choice to stay here
Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient. Shower worked and the water was warm.

Cons:

Room and surrounding areas were not very clean. Bar was not very inviting nor were the bar staff welcoming.
