Dankzij de bediening een voldoende!!
Pros:

Het personeel en vooral de toppers van de bediening.
Tevens de ligging en parkeer mogelijkheden.

Cons:

Kamers zijn verouderd en niet meer van deze tijd.

absolutely brilliant service and stay
Pros:

we traveled to fort william on the night train from london, arriving at 10am
although we had arranged an early check in we were exhausted and asked if we could wait until 12 in the bar of the hotel
the receptionist was lovely and asked the staff to get our room ready as a priority and we were able to check in before 11am which was incredibly kind and we went straight to bed!
the view from our room was incredible.
the room was spacious and very comfortable with everything you could need.
we ate at the hotel that evening and the food was exceptional.
from check in to check out we couldn’t fault the service.
thank you for having us and we will definitely be back!

Disappointed- wish we would have stayed somewhere else

Unfortunately nothing comes to mind.

Cons:

Rooms very stuffy, musty, windows barely opened. They gave us 2 fans, only one worked hotel couldn’t help it but lots of road noise - ear plugs needed but still could hear road. Stains on sheets. Stained old carpet.

Good value for money,very dated but overall enjoyed our stay

Great parking and location,really nice water view out of our window,staff(especially in the bar/ restaurant )were really top notch,dinner was delicious
