Schön, aber Preis-Leistung war nicht gegeben

Schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit grandiosem Pool und Garten. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück sowie das Essen waren lecker und schön präsentiert. Gut gefallen hat uns der kurze Weg an den Strand.

Cons:

Wir haben das Personal bei Fragen (zu unserer Rechnung) als herablassend und nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit empfunden. Unser Zimmer ging auf die Strasse raus, es war früh schon ziemlich laut.

Pros:

Really nice location and nice indoor and outdoor pool. Lovely environment.

Cons:

Restaurant service is a bit slow and we had some issues after massage. Me and my wife had light muscle injury even though we wanted light-balanced massage.

A gem by the Bournemouth seaside
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the NICI for a weekend in Bournemouth and had a fantastic experience from the moment we checked in. The hotel itself is beautifully designed - very beachy, fun and the most upscale hotel I’ve been to on the English coast. The outdoor pool is gorgeous - large enough to accommodate a full hotel and there’s the indoor pool as well if the weather isn’t great. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and was amazing - top floor with a sea view, spacious and nicely designed. Everyone working at the hotel is SO friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome the entire weekend. I also enjoyed a treatment at the spa which was so lovely and relaxing. It has been a 5/5 experience and we can’t wait to visit again!

Cons:

Only one elevator and it's small. Small price to pay for a great experience though!

Stunning setting
Pros:

The hotel is stunning clean and so beautiful. Its like ibiza luxury theme.

Cons:

Paid for 2 double queen rooms and only got 1 queen double and one other room was 2 single beds in a very small room and did not get the items paid for that should of been in the room when we arrived . When we enquired they did give us the champagne we paid for but they could not give us the other queen room as they were fully booked but we paid for the rooms. But their excuse was we will give you 60 pounds off but thats not good enought 60 pounds but we wanted pur proper room and still did not get our proper room we paid for.
