Handy location if you are going to uni
Pros:

Perfect location for accessing Monash University.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too firm for my liking and I wouldn’t have minded a warmer duvet for winter.

Pros:

It’s comfortable and centrally located

Cons:

Someone on Level 1 was doing renovations and working until late at night and then starting at 6am
There was banging and scrapping noises until midnight

We stayed here so we could be close to a theatre for my daughter’s performance and it was the perfect location.

Clean and quiet, excellent value
Pros:

Very clean and plenty of room in the one bedroom unit. 2.8km or half an hour walk from Monash medical center. Parking available if needed. Excellent reverse cycle air conditioning. Situated on a very quiet road and only a very short (5minute) walk to the Notting Hill pub which had excellent food.

An easy place to stay for nearby medical
Pros:

An easy place to stay for medical appointments nearby. Parking was easy and it feels secure. Facilities were clean and it was quiet overnight.

It’ll be my last pic if I had to stay again in the area as the rooms are great, but yeah, too many rules.
Pros:

The rooms were decent sized for the value for the price of the room

Cons:

Staff were very full on with rules telling me that I had to check in all of my visitors and I’d preferred if I didn’t have any I don’t think it’s any of their business who comes and goes in my room

Great apartment for short, medium or longer stay.
Pros:

Reception staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating when I was unsure of how long I needed to stay on.

Cons:

Nothing. The property was ideal for my visit to Melbourne to support my Mother whilst she was in hospital.
