Z przykrością tylko "7"
Pokój mały z dwuosobowym łóżkiem przysuniętym z jednej strony do ściany. Brak gniazdek przy łóżku, brak możliwości wyłączenia światła przy łóżku, pokój malutki i przygnębiający. Może inne pokoje zasługują na lepszą ocenę i 4 gwiazdki, mój na pewno nie.
Pozytywy: śniadanie i box śniadaniowy w dniu wyjazdu oraz lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum, ale bez hałasu. Wszędzie blisko. Klimatyzacja sprawna, pościel czysta.

I arrived late, around midnight, and everything went like clockwork.
Pros:

The room was great, bigger than I normally get at this hotel. The breakfast was more than adequate for my needs. The location, in central Almaty, was close to all the areas I wanted to visit.

Отель просто шикарный персонал очень вежливый дружелюбный улыбчивый гостиница чистая опрятная в номерах все чисто завтраки превосходные разнообразные кофе очень вкусный девушки на баре очень вежливые мне все понравилось Я сюда ещё раз вернусь только этот отель буду выбирать всем советую локация топ все рядом находится улица Арбат 2 минуты пешочком и вы на месте рестораны все находится по близости

A pleasant experience
Pros:

The hotel has a central location and esay to walk to the most popular pedestrian shopping street. The metro station is also very close. The Turandot restaurant in the hotel serves authentic Chinese foods. The room is clean and spacious. It was a pleasant experience.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Malgré un hall d'accueil très spacieux les chambres sont indignes d'un 4 étoiles. Petites, le lit collé contre le mur, la salle de bain toute petite.

PERFECT STAY - Central location, friendly accommodating staff, very comfortable room.
