Ok for short stays.
Pros:

Location. Almaty is large, yet property is located walking distance from all must-see points. Also metro station is around the corner, as well as food options nearby.

Cons:

Rooms keep the very old, simple hotel style, lacking light somehow.

l'albergo è raggiungibile a piedi dall'aereoporto in 5 minuti. la posizione è un vantaggio enorme, inoltre pur arrivando a mezzanotte abbiamo trovato ad attenderci una persona per in check in, cosa non scontata. pulizia e colazione nella norma

Постоянным клиентам желательно номера получше давать и поприветлевее быть!

Номер оставлял желать лучшего!

Cons:

Очень маленький номер, уборка не проводилась. На ресепшен девушка размешала нас по приезду- грубая. Ни здравствуйте вам , ни пожалуйста! В этой гостинице останавливаемся уже , наверное, лет пять. Бываем каждый год. Но такое - впервые!

Really pleasant stay
Pros:

Great staff, room and tasty breakfast.. Really good location, in most touristy district with good Kazakh restaurant nearby. I really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, good amount of amenities. Breakfast had enough options, I stayed for 5 days and didn't get bored.

В принципе, хороший отель в центре города, за свои деньги.
Pros:

Удобная локация. Самый центр города. Рядом всё есть от супермаркета до кучи кафешек. Станция метро в соседнем доме. Пешеходная улица, на выходе из гостиницы на лево. Хорошие завтраки. Ужин, можно заказать в номер.

Cons:

Вода в душе. Постоянно меняется напор, горячая\холодная. За пол часа до окончания завтрака, иногда могут не обновлять ассортимент горячих блюд.

Хороший отель для командировок. Расположен в самом центре города. Рядом всё необходимое, для комфорта есть. Хороший завтрак.
