Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, nowoczesny i wyjątkowo czysty. Dużym atutem jest jego lokalizacja – znajduje się poza ścisłym centrum, dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie do najważniejszych atrakcji Pragi można bez problemu dojść pieszo. To świetne miejsce dla osób, które chcą odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku.
Śniadania były smaczne, choć wybór produktów był raczej niewielki. Nie brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, jednak spodziewaliśmy się nieco większej różnorodności.
Niestety nasze pierwsze wrażenie z hotelu zostało zepsute przez jednego z recepcjonistów (nie miał plakietki z imieniem). Jeszcze przed przyjazdem uzgodniliśmy mailowo z hotelem, że ze względu na bardzo wczesny wyjazd ostatniego dnia (około godziny 4:00 rano), będziemy mogli skorzystać ze śniadania już w dniu przyjazdu, mimo że zameldowanie rozpoczynało się dopiero o 15:00. Kiedy rano zgłosiliśmy się do recepcji i poinformowaliśmy o wcześniejszych ustaleniach, recepcjonista sprawiał wrażenie wyraźnie niezadowolonego. Odnosiło się wrażenie, jakby nasza prośba była dla niego ogromnym problemem, mimo że była wcześniej zaakceptowana przez hotel. Jednocześnie od razu poinformował nas, że nie zamelduje nas przed godziną 15:00, choć w ogóle o to nie prosiliśmy.
Kiedy zapytaliśmy, czy możemy zostawić bagaże do czasu zameldowania, odpowiedział jedynie skinieniem głowy i słowem „tam”, nie wykazując żadnej uprzejmości ani chęci pomocy.
Później poprosiliśmy o możliwość zamiany pokoju z jednym łóżkiem podwójnym na pokój z trzema pojedynczymi łóżkami. Również w tej sytuacji był opryskliwy i sprawiał wrażenie, jakby każda rozmowa z gośćmi była dla niego uciążliwa. Ostatecznie zaprowadził nas do większego pokoju, za który należało dopłacić, ale mimo wyższej ceny nadal znajdowało się w nim tylko jedno łóżko podwójne, więc propozycja nie rozwiązywała naszego problemu.

Die Unterkunft sieht sehr hochwertig aus, es gab einen kleinen Balkon mit toller Aussicht, es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen
Pros:

Extrem nettes Personal, rasche Antworten auf alle Fragen, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Tür, Parken nahebei über Mr. Parkit preisgünstig.

Cons:

Der Fitnessbereich ist vollkommen vernachlässigt und der Fahrradtrainer war kaputt.

Unser Auto wurde in der Nacht aufgebrochen.
Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Gerade in so einer Situation zeigt sich die Qualität eines Hauses.

I’d definitely stay there again
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing and location was great.

Cons:

The entire carpet in the room was extremely old and worn. Even with the heat wave, they never used the AC during breakfast, even though they had it.
