Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la mujer del desayuno. Muy cariñosa y amable. Nada mas bajar ya estaba pendiente de llevarnos a la mesa lo que habíamos pedido el dia anterior y de que todo estuviera bien.

Staff were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to look after us, ordering taxis, replacing lost keys, complimentary drinks on arrival, a lovely personal touch throughout.

Room was a little small,but very clean with good air conditioning .

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, wifi à améliorer.
Pros:

La discrétion du lieu, le calme et la localisation excellente, en plein coeur de Prati, à deux pas de St-Pierre et du Vatican, ainsi que du centre-ville.

Cons:

Le wi-fi était capticieux, pas adapté pour un usage professionnel. Pas de daily cleaning le deuxième jour.

Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación, la ubicación y la atención del a persona a cargo del desayuno.

Cons:

No hay front desk 24 horas, la habitación que nos correspondió quedaba fuera de las instalaciones del hotel, el hotel no ocupa toda la construcción sino una pequeña área dentro de un edificio
