Pros:

Zwembad, locatie ten opzichte van het stadje en het strand.

Cons:

Karige inrichting en outillage van het appartement, kwaliteit van de matrassen.
Volgens omschrijving zou er WiFi aanwezig zijn. Dit bleek echter alleen in de lobby van het hotel te zijn. En die was op een andere locatie dan het appartement .

Pros:

Appartement dans un club de vacances (et 2 piscines!).
Tres bien placé a qq mn d'une petite plage sur le golf.
A 5-10 mn a pied du centre village de Palau et du port vers îles maddalena.
Appartement agréable mais tres mal équipé. 2 casseroles, pas de micro-onde, vaiselle au minimum .

Obiek będzie spełniał przedstawione oczekiwania w zależności od dostępności pokoju. Sam zdecydujesz.
Pros:

Miły personel. Obecnie ośrodek przygotowuje się do sezonu letniego jeżeli chodzi o resort. Prace trwają i nie powinni wynajmować pewne pokoje resortu po odświeżeniu dla klientów, z alergią .

Cons:

Wilgoć , zimno i zapach .Po mimo czystości i odświeżania fatalny zapach wilgotności i poprawek farby. Dotyczy wynajętego pokoju.

Unfriendly staff at 7 pm in the evening they were too lazy to take us to a room when it was not where the reception was, they left us in the alley and showed us where the room was from 150 meters away. We were unable to open the door to the room because it required a huge effort. I went back to the reception even though the staff had difficulty unlocking the door too. Then it turned out that the toilet flush valve was not working, I had to walk to the reception again. It turned out that there was no other clean room where they could not move us.
Our kid told us that she saw a big mouse in front of the room that was on the ground floor, in the morning it turned out that the hotel was full of huge rats. It's good that we were only there for one night, I wouldn't go again even if it was free. There was nothing in the room to prepare food. We asked to have dinner in the restaurant and to choose what to order and pay, they said that it couldn't be because the restaurant was full, which was not true at all. The room was of mosquitoes no net on the windows. The door of the one bedroom which looking to garden cant be locked so everybody can enter from this side.

Great located complex with everything you need for a short stay
Pros:

Great location 10 minute walk from Olbia town with plenty of restaurants and 15 min walk from the port. sea views and pool. The apartment would be spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. The bedroom.was bright with a nice balcony looking over the pool. Very clean with towels and bathroom products available. Had it's own private beach and access to a bar as well. I will stay again.

Cons:

Amenities are quite basic for cooking and kitchen is quite old but it still sufficed.
