Exceptional service, unbeatable location, memorable stay
Pros:

Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Barsha Heights is situated in a fantastic location, with excellent amenities nearby, including the Red Line Metro station, which provides convenient access to most of Dubai’s major tourist attractions.

The hotel itself offers great facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, restaurant, and sushi bar, to name just a few. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and patient throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of my experience was being allowed to check in early for a small additional fee, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. It made settling in much easier and set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure.

Cons:

The only minor issue I experienced was with the hot water. The team made genuine efforts to resolve it, but at times the water remained warm rather than hot. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience, it is an area that could be improved.

Comfort and cosy 4 star hotel
Pros:

Hotel was comfortable staff doing their best to help guests.
Bed was comfortable and cosy. Room was clean and bathroom spotless. Caffee was nice kids drink tasty macchiato with good price offer and they played Ps5 games (paid).
Reception staff was very helpful especially Mr Mahmoud who was great help for us.
Parking was free in the hotel basement. Wifi was fast and excellent in the rooms and lobby. Swimming pool looks nice with fresh towels, Gym was there with necessary equibments.
