Super séjour!!
Pros:

La situation, le standing et le personnel de réception sont au petit soin. L’hôtel est super bien situé, le petit déjeuner est très varié. Tout le personnel de réception sont très disponibles et sympathiques.

Cons:

Le mobilier de la terrasse devant l’hôtel est un peu vétuste, à changer car l’endroit est agréable pour prendre un verre.

Pros:

시설도 깔끔하고 깨끗했어요. 위치는 해변가 바로 앞이라 수영복차림으로 바로 나갈수 있어서 좋았어요. 프론트 직원들은 모두 미소가 끊이지 않았고 한국어도 능숙하게 잘 해서 소통의 문제는 전혀 없었답니다

Great hotel with yummy breakfast in a good location.
Pros:

Great location opposite the beach & lots restaurants & shops everywhere.
Staff were lovely.
The rooms are a good size with ocean glimpses.
Breakfast is delicious with lots of yummy variety of food.
Will definitely stay here again whilst in Nha Trang.

Cons:

Bed's aren't that comfy pretty hard they could do with a mattress topper & nicer doona.

Convenient location, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff
Pros:

The reception team was outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also loved the room; it had a calming and pleasant scent, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The sea view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The lobby area felt somewhat warm, which is understandable given the constant traffic and frequent opening of the main entrance doors. Nevertheless, if there is an opportunity to further improve the temperature control in this area, it would enhance an already excellent guest experience.

somewhat acceptable for one night only! I will go crazy if I stay in that room for more than 1 night

Excellent breakfast and a beautiful hotel lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The elevator is small and narrow. Although it was a Deluxe room, it was still very small. The windows cannot be opened, making the room feel stuffy and cramped. There was a noticeable sewage/drain odor coming from the bathroom, which could be clearly smelled when entering the room or even while lying on the bed. The room lighting was insufficient, and the bed felt unstable. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable— even watching a few YouTube videos resulted in constant buffering and lag.
