Pros:

Due to low number of guests, there is no buffet breakfast, only pre-ordered American breakfast or Indonesian breakfast is available. The hotel staff told me that the breakfast would be served at 7.00 AM., but it arrived at 7.20 AM.

La ubicación. Muy próximo al centro y zona de restaurantes. El jardín con la piscina es muy bonito

Cons:

Desde las 6 de la mañana la gente estaba metida en la piscina haciendo muchísimo ruido cuando el horario empieza más tarde.
Sobre la habitación se notaba muy abandonada, agujeros en los baños del techo.
El agua caliente tardaba unos 5minutos o mas en salir...

Very basic and run down
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs. The Air con in rooms was good. Really good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic and tired looking and in need of a good revamp. The property is poorly maintained. The whole place needs decorating and bringing up to date. The linen and towels were washed out and stained. The internet/wifi is terrible. We could never get connected.

The hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything from outside especially the traffic and children playing in the pool early morning. The noise insolation is so poor we were woken up through the night every night with the ‘call to prayer’ from a nearby mosque.

The breakfast was poor. There was plenty to eat but it wasn’t very nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit better but the food was cold and it was only provided if there were enough guests.

The pool was small, only half a dozen loungers and overlooked by every room so not really a comfortable place to relax

We were going to stay 2 days but stayed 5. Lots of good shops, restaurants around area, staff very accommodating.

Disappointing with rooms that stink

My main issue is the rooms stink. Unfortunately the management don't understand you need to open the windows and doors up between guest bookings so that some fresh air can circulate. Rooms need to breath and when they remain locked up between guests the rooms sweat and become damp. Also the air remains stale when you have had guests sleeping over night in a room with the oxygen quality degraded. Please, open the windows and doors whenever you can so the rooms get 'fresh air'. Instead of this the management sprays the room with industrial quality room freshener that is so over powering it actually made me feel ill breathing in the foul smell. FORGET THE CHEMICALS, FRESH AIR IS WHAT YOU NEED.
