Pros:

The location is perfect ..nice quiet area but with exceptional restaurants all very close by .. close most tourist sites ...
Facilities are old but clean and comfortable ...good value for price

Cons:

Showers can be unpredictable with warm water ...no fridge in room but you can put somethings in the fridge in reception

Leuk hotel op een goede locatie. Lekker zwembad erbij.

Cons:

Wij zaten beneden op een mooi plekje an de tuin, maar daar kun je wat overlast ervaren van het geluid/lawaai.

Cons:

Había mucha gente que parecía que vivía ahí y por eso estaban como en casa, ruido y risas en pasillos hasta tarde (pasado la media noche) y desde bien temprano (ya a las 5 de la mañana).
Nos dijeron que la piscina a se podía usar de 7 a 21 hrs, también salía escrito. Pero había niños jugando, corriendo por los pasillos y en la piscina desde las 6 de la mañana hasta pasado las 12 de la noche. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que no se podía hacer ruido pero no hicieron nada, solo pidieron disculpas.
Baño con hongos y falta de mantenimiento.

Good for a couple of days to use as a base.
Pros:

Its location is good, close to a cool and popular street with youths, and its courtyard and pool is very pretty. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say it’s a three star hotel anymore. The bed sheets were dirty with stains, the A.C was very noisy, the was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and other residents were disturbingly loud.

Pros:

Due to low number of guests, there is no buffet breakfast, only pre-ordered American breakfast or Indonesian breakfast is available. The hotel staff told me that the breakfast would be served at 7.00 AM., but it arrived at 7.20 AM.

La ubicación. Muy próximo al centro y zona de restaurantes. El jardín con la piscina es muy bonito

Cons:

Desde las 6 de la mañana la gente estaba metida en la piscina haciendo muchísimo ruido cuando el horario empieza más tarde.
Sobre la habitación se notaba muy abandonada, agujeros en los baños del techo.
El agua caliente tardaba unos 5minutos o mas en salir...

Very basic and run down
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs. The Air con in rooms was good. Really good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic and tired looking and in need of a good revamp. The property is poorly maintained. The whole place needs decorating and bringing up to date. The linen and towels were washed out and stained. The internet/wifi is terrible. We could never get connected.

The hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything from outside especially the traffic and children playing in the pool early morning. The noise insolation is so poor we were woken up through the night every night with the ‘call to prayer’ from a nearby mosque.

The breakfast was poor. There was plenty to eat but it wasn’t very nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit better but the food was cold and it was only provided if there were enough guests.

The pool was small, only half a dozen loungers and overlooked by every room so not really a comfortable place to relax
