Clean, nice furniture, staff , facilities
Extremely noisy, ducted air con units even when not in use, next doors/ upstairs generators can be heard all night. Slept with ear plugs in. Also a smell of sewage from the sinks, which was throughout the Phillipines.
The room was very luxurious, clean and spacious. Also very quiet - I didn’t ever hear anyone outside.
The hotel is really conveniently located at one end of the high street, which makes it very easy to get to shops and restaurants. I also really enjoyed the different food options in the hotel, I tried the breakfast buffet, lobby bar, lobby bakery and burger place, and all were great options.
I stayed in this hotel at BGC, every time I visited my family in Taguig at least twice a year. I loved staying in this hotel, because everybody is so welcoming, friendly and nice. The rooms are very clean. It's so quiet and very relaxing, especially the spa. I am so pampered with welcome treats and snacks by Ms Klar of Amenity team. My room attendees; especially Dominic and Ivan really took good care of everything I needed during my stay. I would recommend this hotel, a very nice and safe place to stay.
I had an amazing experience during my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Allen working in housekeeping who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome.
This was my second time dining at Shangri-La The Fort, BGC, and it once again exceeded all expectations—so much so that I’ve already booked another stay for next winter.
From the moment we arrived, the setting was effortlessly elegant—modern, calm, and refined, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed yet luxurious dining experience.
I began with a beautifully prepared coffee and a fresh smoothie, both excellent in quality and a perfect way to start the meal. This was followed by a vibrant fruit selection, featuring mango, watermelon, berries, and melon—each piece incredibly fresh, sweet, and expertly presented.
The Egg Royale was a standout—perfectly poached eggs, rich and velvety hollandaise, and a well-balanced flavour profile that reflected true attention to detail. I then moved on to the cheese platter, which was thoughtfully curated and paired well with accompaniments, offering a nice transition between courses.
To experience something more traditional, I tried the Filipino-style fried fish with rice and sides, which was authentic, flavourful, and beautifully cooked. The noodle soup that followed was light, comforting, and delicately seasoned—an ideal contrast to the richer dishes.
To finish, the pancakes topped with cream, berries, and chocolate drizzle were indulgent yet refined, rounding off the meal perfectly without feeling overly heavy.
Every element—from flavour to presentation—was executed to an exceptional standard. Even the finer touches, including juices, condiments, and overall variety, reinforced the premium experience.
What truly elevated this visit was the outstanding service. A special mention to Sofia, Albert, and Ranjit, whose professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made the experience seamless and genuinely memorable. Their hospitality was impeccable.
Shangri-La The Fort continues to set the benchmark for world-class dining and service. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or visiting for a meal, it is an experience I highly recommend—and clearly one I look forward to enjoying again.
I stayed at the hotel for a conference on February 14, 2026. The property is conveniently located in the heart of BGC, making it highly accessible. The room was clean and adequately spacious for two persons, and I particularly appreciated the wide selection offered at the breakfast buffet.
I am pleased to note that I have no concerns regarding the room quality, service, or food, as all met my expectations.
However, I would like to respectfully raise a concern regarding the parking arrangements for checked-in guests. While I understand that my stay coincided with a peak period due to Valentine’s Day, I had hoped that parking provisions could be made available for hotel guests. Unfortunately, valet parking was also unavailable at the time.
I was advised to park in an open area approximately 300–400 meters away from the hotel, which resulted in additional cost and some inconvenience due to the distance. I would also like to share that a friend who arrived after me was able to secure parking after informing the valet that he was a checked-in guest. In my case, I acknowledge that I was unable to mention this at the time, as I was somewhat stressed and did not think to clarify. However, I hope the staff may also consider proactively confirming whether arriving guests are checking in, as this could help avoid similar situations.
I hope the hotel may consider reviewing and improving its parking arrangements to better accommodate guests, especially during high-demand periods.

We were here for the first time. We experienced excellent food at the enormous buffet. The Bake House bakery and mocha were delicious. The staff was incredible, especially Rommel that left me a puppy that was made from a wash cloth.
I’d like to commend Ms. Rica Del Rosario of Shangri-La The Fort Hotel Residences for her outstanding service. She is always incredibly helpful, cheerful, and approachable, making every interaction pleasant. Her positive attitude truly stands out and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience during my stay in Shangri-La The Fort hotel. I am staying in 30th floor and the room attendant are very kind. Special thanks to cleaning attendant Erish who made a beautiful toy dog for me considering how much I love soft toys. I had my Teddy bear(Mr. Beans Teddy) with me to give company during my stay and just by seeing that ERISH made a beautiful hand made dog using the hand towel which made my day and my entire stay very memorable.. thanks guys.. you are the best ❤️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The stay was excellent and the staff are courteous, accommodating, polite esp Mr Rico Amparo of Housekeeping. He keeps us full with all the delicious fruits served everyday. Excellent service!
Very helpful & accommodating Residences front desk staff - Pam, Sharie, Marian, Ericson and room attendant Rica.
Short-staying guests (ie. 11 days in Residences) did not get same treatment as hotel guests eg. No fruit basket or no welcoming drinks on arrival. No hotel stationeries so these still had to be requested.
Our stay at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff, especially to Jeff of the housekeeping team. They were always friendly and ready to help, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Shangri-La The Fort, Manila for anyone visiting BGC.

Amazing hotel. The gym and tennis court are the best I’ve been to.
Service is excellent with everyone from housekeeping staff to pool attendees being very warm and attentive.
Breakfast spread has all that I need. Juice bar, wide variety or pastries and all the warm food with great qualities. I’ll miss the muesli for sure.
