Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Location was close to center .

Cons:

The spa bath took so long to fill we gave up , when it emptied there was all brown residue at the bottom that looked like it had come out the pipes . Also instructions not very clear .
Bed felt like it was on a slope , pillows were awful and room looked tired with wall paper peeling if the wall .
Shower needed descaling so didn’t come out properly and wasn’t hot .
Nothing was mentioned about the snack bar or spa that had been advertised so we can only assume it now isn’t an option . As our flight was early we missed breakfast but no offer of a refund for this part or a takeaway breakfast .
Receptionist carol was however lovely and helpful and arranged our airport taxi for the following morning . Carol also gave us advice where to go why we waited for our room to be sorted .
Overall very disappointing and overpriced and can see how it once could have been a really good hotel . It was a shame as this was the last day of our holiday and it was not a good experience especially after the experience and service we had in the previous place we stayed in Italy . No

Cons:

Patul foarte mic pentru un pat matrimonial de 2 persoane cred ca era de 1m sau 1,2 m nu era mai mare . Nu am putut seta ventilația la aerul condiționat și a fost deranjant să-l auzi toată noaptea . Apă caldă vine foarte greu după vreo 10 min de așteptat . Să stai în duș să aștepți ațâțată timp să vină apa caldă dezbrăcat 😞

We enjoyed our time in Naples and the hotel was a good base
Pros:

Good location for exploring Naples. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast which was included very good.

Cons:

Receptionist who checked us in was happy to take payment for our return transfer to the airport but failed to arrange it for the correct time.
Staff member (Monica) who checked us out really took ownership of the issue and did all she could to resolve the situation.

Lovely spa bath but staff not helpful
Pros:

The spa bath in my room was amazing and just what I needed to relax at the end of a busy day in Naples

Cons:

The location wasn’t great as a single female travelling alone later in the day. It’s worth being aware that the staff don’t speak English so worth being prepared to use google translate.
The room and bathroom weren’t particularly clean, and the aircon vent was stuck to the open window which meant I had to sleep with the window open which didn’t feel secure.
