Hotel pessimo nel qual non tornerò mai più. Le camere sono diverse dal sito, assolutamente decadenti! La struttura è buia e priva di ascensore e di qualcuno che aiuti gli ospiti a portare i bagagli per due rampe molto ripide di scale. Ma la cosa che più mi ha sconvolta è stata la maleducazione della "signora" che si occupa della colazione, la quale, nel momento in cui ho bussato alle 7.30 in punto per entrare nella sala delle colazioni, mi ha urlato dal fondo "è chiuso, devi aspettare!!". Non contenta, quando ha aperto la porta, ha anche aggiunto "con calma eh!", per poi completare l'opera costringendo me e altri ospiti ad ascoltare una sua telefonata personale per 20 minuti. Maleducata, irrispettosa e soprattutto per niente professionale. Che vada a dare del tu e a maltrattare qualcun altro, io non sono disponibile a pagare 126 euro per questo trattamento. A mai più!

V hotelu chybí výtah, hosté si musí odnést zavazadla do druhého patra po strmých schodech - hlavně úplně nevyhovující pro starší hosty.

Cons:

Literie pas confortable, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors, une machine à café dans la chambre aurait été bien, pas de choix au petit déjeuner (même pas de beurre pour les tartines), la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner pas aimable du tout, on a l’impression de la déranger….

Pros:

I liked the location and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was mold in the shower and there was an installation in the room that made a really loud noise. Also, there was no spa facility, no coffee machine or closet in the room, the towels were dirty.
