Grand Voyage - Good Base for Almaty
Pros:

Very Clean. Safe neighborhood. Polite Staff.
Decent breakfast.

One night there was no A/C due to some power problem.

Cons:

На улице было жарко. Кондиционер не работает нормально. Пришлось поменять номер на следующий день. В номере 713 кондиционер работал лучше, но был очень шумным.

Все было отлично, завтраки хорошие. Персонал вежливый. Кровати удобные. Нам все понравилось, снимали два номера. Локация отеля хорошая все рядом. Будем останавливаться здесь еще раз.

Wonderful experience staying at Grand voyage
Pros:

Excellent location we enjoyed the stay . The
Staff at the reception very kind and helpful specially staff Akmiet and Ghuzal very understanding and helpful tried to accommodate all our requests

Air condition some times we felt a bit low cooling manageable though may be due to summer heat
