Solid choice in a convenient location
Pros:

Second stay. This time we got a good room at 8th floor, view to the mountains. The problems with flushing we had in the previous stay were not present in the room. I noticed that the staff were smiling this time.

Cons:

There were two blackouts during this stay, but of course it's not within hotel's responsibility. Anyway, lifts were working during blackouts too. I would suggest to add tags at stored baggage, it increases the safety feeling.

Comfortable, spotless and friendly in the center of Almaty
Pros:

Great location, with super friendly and polite staff. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast included is amazing and with a good variety of foods. Beds were quite comfortable and the. A/C worked great. I’d gladly stay here again when I return to Almaty.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Quiet environment without noise from outside nor other rooms. Large double shower. Good set of amenities. Complimentary water supplied every day.

Cons:

We had some problems with toilet flush, rather weak and late to refill. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Breakfast was pretty average.

Останавливаюсь второй раз и очень довольна прибываем в этом отеле.
Pros:

Очень приятный отель. Останавливаюсь второй раз. Чисто, аккуратно и добросовестно убирают номер. Белоснежные полотенца, меняют каждый день. В номере комфортно, есть все необходимые путешественнику мелочи. Персонал приветлив. На завтраках вполне разнообразные блюда.

Pros:

При входе в отель сразу хорошее впечатление, милые коврики в лифте по дням недели. Номер, все прекрасно, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Персонал вежливый и очень приветливый. Завтрак — стандартный набор каждый день, но всего много, есть из чего выбрать: каши, омлет, яйца, нарезки (ветчина, колбасы, сыр), овощи, салат, сухофрукты, очень вкусные маленькие круассанчики, чай, кофе. Все прекрасно! Хорошее расположение отеля, не нужно искать по переулкам, рядом крупный ТЦ в пешей доступности, метро.

Good hotel with really good staff highly recommended
Pros:

Property is located at city center and main places are accessible easily. Rooms were decent and super clean. Staff was really supportive and they tried to assist us in whatever ways they could. Special mention to receptionist (Miss Guzal), she was really helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better in terms of some Indian/Asian food options, but still manageable.
