Our stay in the Marine was relaxing and very memorable ❤️

Cons:

Bar / entertainment area not ideal being long narrow.
Outdoor seating area poor, understand work in place but chairs with slats missing not great when wanting to sit out in sun to relax/read. Could cultivate small area more inviting while work in progress Also smokers in non smoking area/balcony.

great location, staff friendly and helpful, food tasty
Pros:

Plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals served piping got and tasted great especially the fish and chips!

Staff friendly and cheerful both at restaurant and the bar.

Sea View room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and great view..

Cons:

pool changing rooms not available and low pool temperature so skipped this time.

A very good hotel close to all amenties and for the theatre which we attended.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and had a variety of dishes as well as cereals, fruit and croissants, which both my granddaughter and her mother enjoyed. We also used the snack bar in the afternoon, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also allowed to leave our overnight bags in the ballroom until our room was ready and before we left the following day. We would book this hotel again, thank you.

Cons:

Being able to use the swimming pool whilst waiting for our room before three o'clock.

Clean room food good friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff shame there was no changing rooms for the swimming pool

Cons:

Could not use swimming pool has the changing rooms were out of use .was not told of the building work being carried out with all the scaffolding covering the building

Lovely weather, mostly enjoyable.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable,great staff fab location, lovely breakfast.

Cons:

There was a dodgy lock on the bedroom door and we had to have help the first time we tried to get out,it was a bit off putting.

We did not like it this time we have stayed several times snd was good

Cons:

The building works the entrance was shocking
Half done renovation works we paid a lot of money for the seafront room with scaffolding up builders up and down noise all day we had a couple of days off work for no peace

We left early and were promised a refund £254 by the hotel via Booking.com not yet received
Pros:

The breakfast was ok and the staff were nice. The rooms and bar etc were tatty. The first room we were put in had water stained ceiling and bed base, toilet unflushed and with a view of scaffolding. We were moved to another room which was small and scruffy but we stayed with promise of nice room next night. Next night was a better room but heavy scaffolding blocking view food that night was not nice at all. We asked to leave a night early and they promised refund for that night via Booking.com but still waiting for the refund of £254

Cons:

The hotel needed renovation and the superior room we booked was not superior at all it had stains on the ceiling and bed base the toilet wasn’t flushed. We were moved to a smaller tatty room with grubby chairs. Could be nice when it’s renovated because the staff were nice. Food was like school dinners.
