Cons:

We was not told that building work was being done to the hotel , I was woken at 8am every morning to banging drilling and shouting from the workmen. My mum also paid for a sea view but this was wasn't possible as scaffolding covered the windows and workmen were walking up and down a ladder directly outside her window . I don't feel we should have been charged for something we didn't have ( sea view ) and should have been told about the work men so we had a choice in if we wanted to be woken up really early on our holiday or not

It's Fine
Pros:

The staff and the location, food was good and drinks not to expensive.

Cons:

The lifts, got stuck in the lift and the firemen had to come and rescue us, given a free drink to compensate us for the distress.

Nothing, they ruined my stay and my sons holiday

Cons:

No promised parking, no wifi in the room, no tv signal, scaffolding blocking view and fresh air, bad shower, bad beds, attic room with no air and possibility to stand up properly. All so terrible, dirty and all and in need for maintenance and repair. Staff didn't help at all. Offered to stay in lobby at 12 at night to get internet and i had to drive around to find where to park across the town. Rejected to provide refund or any other rooms or compensation sending me back to booking.com. shocking experience

Pros:

Very lovely room and great views. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Even when we asked about booking for the following year when booking.com was not showing available. Breakfast was a great choice.

I believe they are doing renovations but we were not told about this before we booked.
The room we were in was very tired and not well equipped or layout.

Great staff, lovely hotel in Llandudno to stay in.
Pros:

Location is great, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room a nice size, plenty of space, quiet. Nice fluffy towels. Breakfast has a good choice . Lovely hot chocolate. We stayed 2 nights for dinner and there was a good choice, they were big dinners not always able to finish but were very tasty. We always stay here as such a good place to stay for a few days.

A cheeky night away and this provided a good base!
Pros:

Location was great, had a lovely restaurant and pool!

Cons:

The outside was covered in scaffolding which shows they are investing in the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was good. We had booked the carpark which was 80m away. I said my partner may struggle to walk that far with the luggage. I was not informed about the fact we could park at the front for a short time.

Cons:

The shower wasn't working, but it was quickly sorted. However the actual shower cubicle was very, very small.
