Not very good at all and although. We like the area but will never stay there again.

The room. When we originally booked, we were Told it was a double room with sea view,this was disputed and were told we had been given what we ordered. On the genius booking it stated a double with sea view.arrogant staff insisted they were right not to give us the sea view.

The location couldn't be better,close to the sea and town centre,plenty to do no matter the weather.

I found the distance from the pier etc. considerable although it is near the railway station.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate and well served. I only have cereal and toast and tea so do not know about cooked offerings

Cons:

Whilst I am aware of the scaffolding (at least I knew which was The Marine) which indicated improvements, the entrance and general appearance does need a lot of money spending on it.

The location of the property it was a short walk to the shops and the orm tram. Also I enjoyed using the pool which was never full and at one time I had the pool to myself. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
