I didn't like the room as I booked the superior twin with duel aspect windows as per the advertised pictures, but on arrival, I got a superior twin with only one small window and scaffolding outside

Lovely perfect location just 5min walk from train station cosy room small but nice comfy bed clean towels bedding ect room was at back of hotel witch was quite good entertainment had a laugh bar open till late good price staff lovely food menu looked good not far from pier shops

I stayed for one night and the hotels location was extremely convenient.

It was good bearing in mind of the situation
Pros:

Stayed one night.due to family bereavement. We had 3 rooms. It was really good under the circumstances. Would stay again. Comfortable bed, good show but does need extras in the room, - More tea/coffee, access to ironing board/iron, more shower/body wash

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect position to walk to town or the sea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the mushrooms. The room was large and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovation which detracted from the look of the hotel inside and out, but once it's finished I'm sure this hotel will be fantastic.

Pros:

Great location on the sea front. Staff were amazing. So friendly & helpful. The first room we were given wasn’t suitable so I spoke to staff at reception - there was a staff member in a pink top (didn’t catch her name) who helped me swap rooms. No bother at all. Bar staff friendly & chatty. Every single person I spoke to was polite and friendly.

Cons:

The lift was small & limited to 2 persons so took a while to get up/down at busier times of day.
