Location and pool for kids
I wrote a formal complaint on the 18.08.26 two emails and still no response regarding entertainment evening noise, appalling treatment. Breakfast was terrible too stuck to coffee and pastries a waste of money.
There was lots of scaffolding around the hotel which was not very nice but I understand it was getting a refit which could have been done in the winter but inside it was quite nice overall.
The shower.
Plenty os choice for breakfast and pleasant dining room
Water to the shower cold only once husband got warm water after letting it run for a considerable time
Good location, hotel dated and decor shoddy.
Overall a shoddy place.
The ensuite
Location was good
Not very modern and seemed more aimed at an older clientele
Great location and very friendly staff
Little dated
Beach front, staff were really nice. Breakfast was very good
Room was very dated, bathroom needs to be fixed up
Food room bar service excetra.
More off a selection of drinks sutch as bottled San magel.
Location
Small room
Tiny shower room
View of a wall from the window.
Bright light shining in the window all night.
Thin walls, able to hear every sneeze and cough from neighbouring rooms.
Children and adults running around stairs and corridors, laughing and shouting until around 3.30am
Saggy, worn out mattress.
Stinky room, smelt like it was above a kitchen.
Expensive for a budget room.
I liked the views. I liked the bar staff ,catering staff and cleaning staff the front desk and management were terrible, I complained about the state of room and was lied to. I paid for superior room and I got a standard room with leaking radiator and damp ,there is a block of wood on a chain to jamm the window open, I have pictures to prove this, the furniture was damaged and dated also they didn't match ,the superior rooms have walk in shower I had an old bath with a cracked bath panel, the room needed repainting ,it had cracked plaster everywhere .I told them I'm not happy about room and management said this is the superior room .
I didn't like the management customer service skills. They didn't seem to have any to speak of. The pictures of superior rooms on website looked great that is why I paid extra. The room I was allocated was a health and safety hazard. The block of wood on a chain keeps the window from acting like a guillotine. The worst room I ever stayed in. I feel like I have totally been mislead
Great location on the seafront.
Very outdated. Lift in a very inconvenient position to get luggage up to the room.
Great breakfast
