Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wir saßen
sehr gern auf unserem Balkon, aber auch im Garten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch zubereitet, mehrere leckere Salate und viele andere gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten und auch sehr gut, dass wir sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Garten frühstücken konnten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

An einem Abend war die Klimaanlage angeschaltet, uns störte das Geräusch und vor allem wurde es nach dem warmen Tag durch Wetterunschwung recht kühl. Eine Regulierung ist vom Zimmer aus nicht möglich, wir baten daher die Frau in der Rezeption um Hilfe: Sie warf uns vor, warum wir erst so spät kommen (21.30: wir kamen aber auch erst kurz vorher aus der Stadt zurück). Sie sei jetzt allein, könnte nichts machen. Erst nach unserer Bemerkung, wir wenden uns an Booking com, hat sie veranlasst, dass die Klimaanlage ausgestellt wird.

Der Aufenthalt war OK, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr umsichtig. Die Lage der Unterkunft insgesamt-die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war sehr, sehr hellhörig. Es war für uns speziell in einer Nacht sehr unangenehm, unsere Nachbarn zu hören.
Das Bad war relativ klein und nicht so praktisch. Die viele Plastikpflanzen/ Blumen im Außenbereich, aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache.

Cracovia stupenda!!
Pros:

Bell albergo tutto in legno con splendido giardino. Camera confortevole e pulita con letto comodo. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.

Non particolarmente cordiale il ragazzo alla reception

Много добра локация,на 20 минути спокоен ход до центъра на Стария град.

Super Hotel für einen Kurztrip.
Pros:

Kleines Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Hat alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas Außerhalb gelegen und die Straße ist etwas lauter. Leider war beim Frühstück nicht immer Platz im Restaurant, so dass in die Konferenzräume ausgewichen wurde.

A perfect, serene boutique hotel, within walking distance from the heart of Krakow.
Pros:

Everything about my stay here was ideal – the location, the environment, the contemporary fixtures and atmosphere. This boutique-y hotel was a great spot, very quiet and serene, being tucked away from the main square. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Krakow.

Cons:

It's very minor, but the shower area was very small and there wasn't a practical location to place my belongings within the shower (like a shelf).
