Beautiful Hotel With Great Staff
Pros:

Nice hotel at a good location with friendly professional staff, good breakfast. Room and bathroom beautiful. A nice gym too. The only complaint is the Saturday pool event. Was told at check-in it starting at 5pm. Until 7pm still not ready we decided to just go somewhere else.

It's a great experience for a family vacation

Stayed during office work, good hotel, room cleaning to be improved.
Lot many options in Breakfast, staffs are very helpfully. I overslept and came running to have breakfast, even though time was over, staffs supported me and provided options to eat. Resham is very helpful and welcoming- she says aaplogo ka hi hotel hai (your hotel only Please enjoy. ). Thanks Sheraton. But pls improve HK DEPARTMENT.

Nice comfy hotel in a strategic location with a very good service.
Pros:

The services from all staff, start from reception miss. Nasywa and mr Leo are top notch.
Breakfast also nice with variety . My family loves the crispy Dori fish and sop daging.
Coffee also good

Cons:

Maybe the cleaning service must improve a lil bit more. And the rooms looks a bit old. Need maintenance

I found a hair in one of the food.

Cons:

In two of our rooms smoke came out of the bath at night and my friend could not sleep well and had cough. There must be a problem related to the main ventilation.
